Excellent quality - materials, design and function

Bought the dual zone Velivi 24 Inch Beverage Refrigerator Cooler for residential use (under counter wet bar area); on sale for $749. Unit delivered on time with no damages (extremely well packaged). Installed and operating for one week with no issues (will update review with concerns or problems). Waited slightly more than 24hrs to plug in after delivery. Beautiful model - really like the wood trim on all shelves - nice aesthetics. Unit is operating flawlessly; have each side set on different temps specific to the beverage. Other reviews mention compressor noise - yes, there is a VERY slight fan motor noise when compressor kicks on and it can be heard only if there are NO other noises in room; compressor cycle is brief. (estimate ~43dB) Compressor noise is not distracting or noticeable while listening to TV or during conversation. Dual zone is a plus - was undecided on whether to get the single door Velivi model - decided the double door dual zone in long run would best fit my needs. Compared this unit to MANY other manufacturers in same price range with similar features (EdgeStar, NewAir, Antarctic Star, Kalamera...) - this unit provided same and better features with 5 star reviews (fewer number of reviews than other models, however consistently positive reviews).

Great customer service! (Interior and exterior condensation)

The Customer Service Rep, Lily, worked us through steps to resolve issues with condensation. She went above and beyond to assure us satisfaction. Lily maintained friendly, useful contact until a new seal was installed. That took care of the condensation! Thank you so much! We just love this little refrigerator. My husband installed it, along with storage cabinets, in our media room. Looks wonderful! It holds extra beverages, including wine and water bottles, and it’s perfect to hold ‘backup’ for parties! (We purchased this last fall, installed it in November 2023. It is very lightly used. It has condensation so badly that it drains to the floor and puddles. The gasket seems ok. Any suggestions?)

Lightweight but works perfectly!
I am really impressed with this waterproof cover for my small beverage refrigerator. I especially like the zipper design on both of the front sides, which makes it incredibly easy to open up and access drinks without having to take the entire cover off. The material is thin and lightweight, so it isn't bulky or difficult to handle, but don't let that fool you—it works well and does a fantastic job of keeping the fridge protected from the elements. It’s exactly what I needed!

Impossible to remove shelves

Shelves are impossible to adjust or remove. This unit has sliders that operate much like a chest of drawes where to remove you must press the levers on each slider and then pull it out. In this unit the sliders are so close to the walls it is impossible to depress the sliders. I ended up removing screws holding the shelf to the sliders. Really bad design.

This review is for the 24” Wine Cooler. I will update this as time goes by. ….The door is not reversible. The bottom axis is designed for a left handle. You cannot change this. ….Burgandy bottles only fit on the very top and very bottom shelves. Most of the shelves are for Bordeaux and Alsace bottles.
