After reading LOTS of reviews we decided to go ahead and order the sofa and 2 recliner chairs. Yes you have to assemble but it isn't hard but some people may need a second set of hands to more comfortably set it up and the boxes are labels over 70 lbs so be aware of that We are short people so one part of my research was to Google best recliners for short people and this recliner was on that list. This is a good size for shorter people. The material is very nice, soft and looks great. I choose this leather instead of fabric because of spills and I have already had to clean up after myself and it was super easy with a damp cloth. The mechanism to release the footrest is different than I have ever seen but works well. The massage/heat is really nice. Not equal to a literal massage and hot river rocks but feels good and does heat well. I would definitely recommend and I would buy them again. I consider the set a great value

Ordered this sofa and regretted it as soon as I opened the boxes. Very thin cheap fake leather. The ad is misleading as it claims to be leather in one part of the ad .....PU leather and then bonded fake leather in yet another part of the ad. If you are over 6ft tall avoid this sofa or you will feel like you are sitting on childs furniture. Very very uncomfortable. I would always be afraid of punctures with this thin cheap fake leather. And forget getting a refund on this sofa from this company if you buy it. Just give it away like I am. What a joke and a waste of money and time this was. Buyer beware. I have never regretted a purchase on Amazon more than this one. Read the other customer complaints here and avoid it. I wouldn't pay $20 dollars for this product. And if you buy it and are not happy with it forget getting a refund because it's not going to happen. Eventually we received $ 40.00 back

This is nothing that will last you long term or if you have a lot of traffic on it or kids. I wouldn’t purchase. I’d say average size person. I wouldn’t purchase if I were tall either. The cup holders are cheap and don’t trust putting something in them without a lid. They are short about a cup size deep. The color and feel is nice, easy to put together, read the instructions cuz the arm of this is strange and the pillows on the arm are cheap as well. It’s serving it’s purpose for a cheap reclining loveseat for my camper but probably wouldn’t purchase again.

It’s perfect size for my living room, everything arrived in good condition, no missing pieces. Assembly was fair I mean it’s furniture out of a box so little work, but nothing extreme. I definitely needed help carrying the boxes in I commend the ones who carried them by themselves lol. It’s comfortable for sure & quality is a 8/10 that’s expected with the type of material overall me and my family enjoy it and are very happy with our purchase.

Loveseat is nice for the price. Pros would be. It looks good easy to put together. Cons would be hard to recline for an older person. And the delivery. I ordered this on the 17th. It said it would be there on the 21st and the 21st. It said it would be there on the 24th and the 24th. It became the 28th and the 24th I got half of it on the 26th I got the other half. No messages as to why it’s late no idea how to check why it’s late and no idea why two different pieces would Be put on two different delivery trucks that doesn’t even make sense to me. For that alone, I would never buy anything from this company again.

For furniture you have to put together (which was minimal), this is way better than the rickety old furniture I had previously. The leather seems to be good quality. My dog has jumped up and down clumsily on it many times, and no leather scratch marks.
