It took me a while to get my recliner together since I had a painful right arm, but finally I did with some help. I purchased it in Dec., my Christmas gift. Well, was a bit apphrensive because the box arrived berated up, and opened in some areas, I guess with the shipping & handling and though that there were going to be some missed parts, but everything was there regardless. Well, I must say that this is a very COMFY recliner, it’s small, perfect for my size, I’m 5”4 and weight 140 lbs. It’s very steady, strong, has a remote control for massaging the back, lower back, legs, not too strong on legs but perfect for the back. So…highly recommended. Nice looking chair. Solid. The footrest will drop down a little when sitting back. When assembling, the armrest covers were miss labeled as right actually went on the left frame and the left went on the right frame. It's metal framework. The container with the bolts had ripped and three bolts was loose in the bottom of the main box. The main shipping box had been beat up bad. Had several holes. I was lucky the bolts didn't fall out. It is a chore to assemble. Just need to take your time. Shipping was by FedEx. It was absolutely atrocious. FedEx should be ashamed of themselves. The box was beat up and the delivery person dumped the box out at the end of my driveway. It weighs over 100 pounds. I am 60 years old with bad knees and a bad back. I had nobody to help me carry it. My drive is about 75 feet long. Now I'm guessing they have dollies on these trucks. I would have happily helped him bring it to my door if he asked. He pulled in driveway, dumped the box and left. He did not bother to even let me know it was there. Thank goodness it wasn't raining or the chair would have been ruined. I hope this company learns that FedEx is a horrible delivery service. I've had trouble with them before. This delivery was ridiculous. I really like the chair. The massager works good and overall it's comfortable. ... show more
