I started my breastfeeding journey using the original haaka between feeds to express milk, then my baby was having difficulty during feeds due to my hard letdown, so I wanted to switch to something that didn’t stimulate my nipples and possibly increase milk production. The ladybug haaka was perfect for my needs. Ive been able to collect approximately 3 ounces each feed by just catching what normally would have gone in a nursing pad. Plus, It’s super convenient for it to be placed in my bra as opposed to solely relying on suction. I bought these after a mom friend told me about how she would use hers on a daily basis. Unfortunately, my flow isn't as giving as I would like it to be. Here are some things that I lie and don't like about this product. Pro: The material is very soft and comfortable. The shape as well. I like that I can put it in my bra and go about my day without looking like I'm a Madonna cosplay participant. It's easy to clean. the item does seal and collect as it should without doing damage to the breast. Cons: There isn't much suction so for me and my minimum let-down, it only collects the droplets. It doesn't pull anything from my breast. It's a bit bulky so for the use of nipple protection while sleeping, I don't know if I would use it for that. Also, because the suction isn't very strong, I wouldn't trust it to stay in place all night long. So for collection use, If you have a generous letdown...I'd say this is the right thing for you. (best use is when you're feeding on one side and collecting with the product on the other) If you need that extra help to collect.....use the actual Haakaa breast pump. I had the Haaka that looked almost like a bottle and my son would knock it off while breastfeeding which would bring me to tears since milk spilled! With this one I could just suction it to the other breast and with a loose bralette on it would catch all of the let down. I wish I had this when he was first born as I would have just walked around with both on to save all of that milk that leaks out of you the first few weeks. Yes, your breasts do look larger than normal but nothing compared to those wireless pumps. I buy them for every baby shower now and would recommend to any friends! ... show more

Im a low supplier. So as its known, when your baby breast feeds from one side, milk leaks out from the other. I use the ladybug to collect it and its a good amount.
