Assembly is not overally complicated, but two of the parts where labeled for opposite sides causing some frustration. It's very comfortable, quality material, looks nice. One thing that I don't like but is common on recliners a bit too big of a gap between seat and arms so don't drop your remote next to you or you'll be moving chair to retrieve it. Don’t waste your hard earn money on this product. It is a nightmare to assemble and once completed, it has the look and feel of a very cheap quality chair. Wrote this one off as wasted money and had to purchase a different chair somewhere else.

It’s a decent chair. It’s not the most comfortable chair, & you have to build it from the ground up, which is easy enough to do, but some of the pieces to align perfectly. After a little finessing, you will have assembled an entire reclining chair. The massage feature goes unused, as I don’t feel that it works very well… but the feature is there. The reclining feature is nice but I don’t lay it all the way back because it leaves a gap, taking away all lumbar support. ... show more
