I just purchased this product so I can’t give much of an opinion on comfort. But just by sitting in it after putting it together it seems comfortable and well made. I purchased this bc of the ability to move the arms. That was a huge selling point for me. Great for the price. I will say this, instructions say to screw the arms on tight before adding the back. Don’t do that, it makes things so difficult. Keep the arms loose and then tighten after the back is attached. I had to unscrew the arms so I could get the back on. Just a tip! PSA. When attaching the seat to the legs, be sure to place the front and back appropriately. I've fought with this chair for MONTHS, and tonight, was literally shopping for a new chair bc it was so uncomfortable. It was constantly pitching me forward and my back and legs were hurting constantly as I tried to keep myself in the chair. Then, I had the bright idea to take the seat off and reverse it so instead if leaning forward, it leaned back, and that's when I saw the hand "front" and "back" stamps, with arrows even. Turned it around, reattached, and voila, no more pitching forward, I can lean back, and I can relax and stop trying to keep myself in the chair. It feels super comfortable now. The media could not be loaded. I like this chair, because of arms go up. When like to use arm rest. Comfortable seat cushion Will not stay flat. I use it daily & weekends by the window in my master bedroom. I’ve replaced my wheels custom buy it at Amazon.

I brought this chair because it is lightweight and it fits perfectly in my small area. I love that the arms flip up! It is also easy to adjust up and down. The chair came just a few days after I ordered it. My son put it together in less than an hour. He said it was very easy to assemble. Like some have stated, I wish it leaned back a little more. This chair is perfect for a room/office. It’s not very bulky and the arms fold up to fit perfectly into a desk. My 13 year old was able to assemble the chair without any help from me. I would recommend this chair to anyone who is utilizing a small space to home school.

The chair arrived timely. It was easy to put together. I would recommend that when you use the assembly instruction sheet that you assemble in the following order: 1, 2, 3, 5, 4, and 6. I found it easier to put the armrests on first and then align the armrest with the seat. Also, when you install the mechanism, be sure that it is on the right side when you are sitting down. If it is on the left side, the seat will tilt you forward and not a backward as it should - learned that the hard way. Once assembled correctly, it is quite comfortable, tilts back nicely, and the ability to raise the arms is a nice feature. The price is reasonable. If I needed to, I would buy another. ... show more
