For years I've gotten low quality chairs, thinking I'll save money and when they wear out I'll get a new one. Well, I've gotten tired of that cycle and decided to get a high quality chair, and I'm SUPER happy I did. I have been using this chair for only a few days and already I'm loving it!!! I'm not a big/tall guy (5'7" / 150#) but I wanted this big chair so I had extra room and it's fantastic!! This is an all metal construction, weighs about 40+ lbs. Just the seat and back of this chair weigh more than all the parts of the chair I'm replacing it with. The next thing I'm impressed with is the comfort, especially the foot rest and wheels. The quality of the material (faux leather) is smooth and soft, and quite comfortable. The adjustability of the back and the height is exactly what I need, as well as the lower lumbar support. The assembly was super easy. The instruction booklet is in perfect English, and SUPER easy to follow. The included allen wrench tool is designed to fit in your hand nicely with a contoured plastic handle, so when you tighten the bolts it does not dig into your hand. You also get a few spare parts, a nice touch. Overall prob the best chair I've ever purchased.

Lovely chair. Its nice an spacious, very comfortable. It was very easy to put together. I took off a point cause it won't stop squeaking. Ive tightened an loosen an tightened every screw, ive added oil to the wheels an the lift but lawd it WONT stop squeaking. Apart from that its a really good chair an the price is pretty good.

This chair is built like a tank but feels like a luxury throne reserved for CEOs, kings, and people who refuse to tolerate flimsy furniture ever again. The cushioning? Somewhere between a cloud and whatever astronauts sleep on. I sat “just for a minute” and accidentally completed an entire workday, two meetings, and a minor life epiphany. The armrests cradle you like they’ve known you your whole life. The high back doesn’t just support your shoulders — it embraces your ambitions. And the width? Generous. Respectful. Such a comfy chair. I WFH and have a very bad back. I bought a viral chair a few years ago that wasn’t doing it for me. It had a low back and no support for my back. This one has great support. Very easy to put together. The instructions are great and there are diagrams also. I put it together by myself and it took me exactly 55 minutes. I love the foot rest. This was a big thing for me. I always have a box under my desk to prop my feet so this will be nice using the foot rest. Don’t be in the fence about this. It’s worth the price

GREAT chair! It was missing a part when I itemized the parts for assembly, but the manufacturer was VERY responsive and apologetic. I had that part at my doorstep in 3 days! The chair is very comfortable with great lumbar support! I am 215 lbs and my butt is no longer soar after my 9 hour days behind my desk. Highly recommended.

This chair has a soft velvety muted bluish fabric that is delightful. The padding is very firm, but I'm hoping that it softens up some with use. The seat is a bit snug for me on the hips, but still doable. I tested out the recliner and footrest, and I was asleep almost instantly. The footrest seems really nice and sturdy, unlike so many other ones out there. BUT...I have had some issues with this chair already. The lever for the recliner won't work if I am in the chair. I have to climb fully out of the chair and hold the back where I want it while a family member fiddles with the lever to get it to work. ALSO, I have heard several loud odd "metallic chime" (tink) noises from the back and base that are disconcerting, especially since I'm way under the weight capacity for this chair and have only owned it for 1 day.
