  • Quality filaments in a great selection of useful colors. Quality filaments in a great selection of useful colors.
Prints great and spooled nice and cleanly. Quality product comes packed neatly and free of moisture, making it easy to use. Will definitely buy more of this brand. Great value overall and liking it a lot! Gray and white in photo are from this pack.

  • Great filament all around, maybe not for CFS
Color: White+white Size: 2KG
Great budget filament and works great in my K1Cs and my K2plus. Does not play well with the CFS on the K2plus. The reel is not perfectly even on most of these and it has some issues during filament retract. I plan on spooling it to a plastic reel with a rewinder. They work great on the K1C and my other Enders. And the K2 when on a plastic rell with the CFS. A little time to respool not too long. ... show more

  • Best PLA I’ve used, hands down. Best PLA I’ve used, hands down.
Color: Grey Size: 1KG
Over the years, I’ve used plenty of brands, and plenty of materials. Comgrow PLA has been a game changer in terms of quality, and ease of use. For example, I recently tried SUNLU and had so many issues. Clogged hot end, adhesion issues (with both stock and glass bed), so many clogged nozzles, etc. Comgrow has been so easy to use, and the quality is on-par, if not better, than any other brand I’ve used. It sticks to the bed, glass or stock, like glue. Funny enough, I don’t even need bed adhesives to get it to stick, it’s that good. I feel comfortable printing multiple parts at once using Comgrow with how consistent it is. Settings: Stock Cura settings! (Ender 3) 200° Nozzle, 50° bed. And it works perfectly. .2 layer height, and .16 work the best. Anything above that is hit or miss, but I blame the printer for that. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend comgrows PLA. ... show more

  • Decent PLA
Color: Grey Size: 1KG
It’s stable PLA and is pretty good at lower and higher speeds. Works best at its glass levels. It should stay at 200C or below, anything higher it’s strings and zits. Best temp I have found 200 at a speed 45mm/s and a retraction of 45mm/s with a hotbed of 60 or 70 depending on ambient temp or if you have a cover. Or 190 at 30 mm/s This is using an Ender 3 S1 Pro with direct drive, with 300+ hot end and Klipper Firmware. At higher speeds keep it at 200 and it works well at 60mm/s. I tried it on a buddy’s Neptune 3 pro and it differs greatly. Hotend needs to be at 210 no hot bed if you have one and a speed of 60mm/s with a retraction of 45-50mm/s. On my brother in laws Bambu keep it at the suggested levels on the PLA works best. It’s a nice bright color and even works well with minis and larger projects as well. Cons - it strings easily and is prone to elephants foot at higher then suggest temps. Details are hit and miss. Pros - Adheres to the plate like a rockstar, cleans up easily if you need to sand it, and doesn’t require a lot of filament, which means great on the pocketbook. Suggestion: If you do minis, do them with a .2 do not use standard .4 nozzle. ... show more

  • Great budget filament
Color: Lavender Purple Size: 1KG
I have a Bambu Lab A1 with the AMS Mini which I absolutely love using. The Bambu filament is expensive compared to other filaments. But their spools have RFID so that you can just load the spool and the AMS automatically recognizes what's on it. It's super convenient when changing out spools. Rather than getting Bambu refills, I wanted a cheaper option, hence coming to the Comgrow filament. I printed a respooler and I just transfer the Comgrow filament to the Bambu spool and now the AMS Mini recognizes what's on it. I find the the Comgrow filament works wonderfully for various projects with the generic presets for PLA, at half the cost of other brands. The PLA filament prints great. This particular color was just what I was looking for. ... show more

  • A difficult color
Color: Yellow Size: 1KG
Nothing but problems here...It is so soft the Ender 3 single-gear stock extruder would gouge it out and loose traction, resulting in several failed prints. I bought a sprite direct extruder and although it is better, it often fails to adhere to the bed in odd places, and even to adjacent layers. Another brand of filament (albeit different color) seems to work just fine with none of these problems. I will continue to experiment with settings to see if I can get a successful print with this material. Added Info: I ordered more yellow filament from a different brand, and had almost the same problem. Perhaps it is the pigments used to produce yellow which cause this finicky problem. I increased my nozzle temperature to near maximum, only reducing it slightly to prevent blobbing, and am getting passable results with both Comgrow and another brand. As a new maker, I am learning every day. I have increased my rating to 5 stars, as I now believe the problem may not be manufacturer-related I will avoid this color in the future . Thank you, Comgrow for the refund and excellent customer service. ... show more

  • Wound too tight to feed from AMS. Wound too tight to feed from AMS.
Color: Yellow Size: 1KG
1-Star for the filament being wound too tightly on the spool. My AMS binds every time the filament is being drawn from the edge of the spool. It is wound too tightly, so I must manually unwind it whenever it reaches the edge. This may be a one-off issue with this spool. If so, I will update my review to 5-stars. But in the meantime, having to babysit the printer is a huge pain in the butt. Not cool. !!!Manufacturer note: Batch No. 1C82600670. If this is not a one-off issue, then please adjust the tensioner on your spool winder. PS: 5-Star for the filament itself. It prints great and adheres to the bed. ... show more
