Small dent in the front when delivered, but not worth the return. No additional packaging as the manufacturer video makes you believe. It came in a simple cardboard box with no padding. I actually feel lucky given only one small dent. Seems like reasonable construction. You can open the box from both sides using just one paddle latch (as long as it’s unlocked). No liner inside, just the metal box. Love the appearance, other than the small dent. ... show more

We received the toolbox last night, and there is a dint in the lid, and that dint has caused some warping on the top. I know I know, why complain over a dint in something that's going to hold tools and get dirty and grimy? Well, I paid over $500 for it, and I expect it to be in pristine condition after paying so much money for a box with latches. I would at least like to get $50 off or something for receiving a damaged product, because who wants to try to ship that thing back? ... show more

My was delivered with two massive dents. I read the reviews and thought “maybe shipping damage is just rare and these are the complainers” But judging by the numerous reports I have to recommend that you either are comfortable with dents or don’t mind the delay caused by an exchange. The welds inside are also very spotty. I’d expect more for this price point. ... show more

We received three of these toolboxes and they were ALL damaged. We returned all of them and have yet to receive our refund. Very dissatisfied with product and not receiving refund for this expensive product. Update: Refund received.
