Bolts will not stay threaded when you tighten the back of the seat though says to tighten well on the instructions. Push handle came broke and was stated in good condition for used. I would not consider that in good condition.

Worst chair ever! Stupid design. No way to lock the back in place so if you lean back you fall over. I'll have to buy a chair locally and toss this one!!!!! I gave up returning things. Too much hassle so I just take the loss and learn the lesson! I'm going to try gluing the joints until I can get a new one so I don't break my neck!!!!! Can we start building stuff in this country again? This Asian crap I end up throwing half of it out and nothing lasts more than a year. ... show more

Overall, I'm pleased with the chair. It was purchased for work so I spend a lot of time in it. There is definitely not enough padding on the seat but that was easily remedied by buying a seat cushion. The unfortunate part is that after having the chair for past 6 months, I wanted to change out the plastic castors that the chair came with to rubber casters. Because of the design of the chair, I am unable to do so and because of that, I cannot recommend this chair. If a wheel fails or if you want to upgrade the wheels, you're out of luck. ... show more

This chair feels very narrow, especially at the arm rests, and it pinches my legs. One of the castor wheels also broke after 3 months of would not recommended. Cannot determine how to get support for a replacement wheel.
