Very cute little Hobo handbag but it is very small and because of its shape it is difficult to open it up to get anything out of it. It does have a zipper compartment on the outside but it isn't very deep and is just large enough to hold your keys. The lining is made of a plastic rather than a material and it makes crunching sounds when you reach into the bag which smacks as cheap to me. It is a think nylon plastic like lining. There is an inner zipper compartment and another slip compartment but the whole thing is so small you may only place a lipstick or cell phone in either one of these compartments. The outer material is a pretty grain and color. This purse would not last very long. If you are only going to use it for an occasional night out on the town it is fine, but otherwise this purse would not work for me on a day-to-day basis unfortunately. ... show more

I got the Black color for my daughter, who was looking for a replacement for a black hobo bag that had broken. The product has four color options, though, and the other three seem a little better to me. But I've only seen the actual product for Black and it looks pretty nice and leathery, although it's not going to convince anyone it's genuine leather. It is pleather and it feels fine, including on the shoulder strap, which is pretty comfortable and has plenty of adjustability to its length. The interior is consistently pretty rough and feels like a plastic bag, but the purse is pretty practical with nice zipper pockets where the zippers work well. There's a main zipper pocket and a sort of hidden back zipper pocket on the exterior. In the main zipper pocket, there's a thin sleeve on the front that doesn't close at the top but should still be fairly secure because of the dimensions, plus another zipper pocket on the back. The interior zipper pocket seems perfect for holding a checkbook, and while you might not be using a checkbook in this day and age, it should still be a good size reference which is clearly bigger than, say, credit cards. The value for the money is fantastic for that bag, and considering the value and practicality, I think the purse is worth buying. ... show more

This arrived in good condition. This is well-made with the workmanship done well. Materials are where this purse loses quality. The "Soft PU Vegan Leather" feels stiff and looks and feels more like plastic than leather. Even the inside lining feels plasticky and even makes a crinkling sound when moved.
