Do not buy this product, the hydraulic cylinder gave out 4 months after purchase and shortly after the wheel broke and and can't be replaced. I contacted Amazon after finding out they are the seller and shipper of this chair, I thought it was another seller. I was informed they they couldn't do anything because it was past the return date. I had to pay 80 bucks for wheels and a new cylinder (which threw off my budget) for my chair, but i needed a chair for work. Not to mention I had to replace them myself. I spoke with several representatives and only one offered a solution, one which I could not accept and that was to take the chair apart and send it back. Seriously, it was a struggle to fix it being a 57 yr old woman with hip issues, but to take apart and try to find a box for shipping! Unacceptable AMAZON, Unacceptable! I email Amazon and asked for the refund of money spent to fix my chair and all I got back was crickets (litterally no reply back). Be care purchasing this chair it is junk! ... show more

    • Lots of problems
When trying to assemble the bottom part where the rollers go in, I could get 3 in all the way, 1 partly in and 1 wouldn't go in at all. The opening had a small bubble in the metal which prevented the roller from going in. My husband happened to have a friend with lots of tools and they were able to get all 4 rollers in properly..... otherwise I would have returned it. After all that, when assembling the seat and back, I saw that the bottom 2 slates are warped. (I suggest to get the one without the slats.) As they do not affect comfort and no one will see them but me, and after all the work to get the rollers in, I am keeping the chair. ... show more

This is an okay chair. The directions didn't help much with attaching the back and seat. Because I found it you attached the seat first like it says it's hard to attach the back. But with that said my son loves it. I've sat in it and it's a basic desk chair nothing extra.

Hi there I was wanting to know if I could purchase the back piece of the chair mine broke, I like the chair just over used it. Don’t want to by a whole new one just the back rest part if I can thanks!

The back rest portion of the chair is warped at one section which ends up poking your back as you sit in it. Other than that is okay.
