It took 1.5 hours to set up this chair. It is sturdy. I decided to try it out as soon as I was done setting it up... well less than 5 minutes after, the footrest broke... the quality of the plastic holding the footrest is extremely low.     • Missing an arm rest
The chair is great, our biggest problem is that it is missing 1 arm rest and we've tried contacting them to send another arm rest but still haven't heard back.
