It took 1.5 hours to set up this chair. It is sturdy. I decided to try it out as soon as I was done setting it up... well less than 5 minutes after, the footrest broke... the quality of the plastic holding the footrest is extremely low. Added pics as proof. Fortunately Amazon immediately refunded me the entire purchase amount $91.72 whithout the need to return the chair. ... show more

Missing an arm rest
The chair is great, our biggest problem is that it is missing 1 arm rest and we've tried contacting them to send another arm rest but still haven't heard back.

Big help
Working from home my previous chair was good but not for constant use. Saw this on sale and was able to get it delivered next day and what a blessing it has been for my back. I'm so glad I didn't hesitate.
