I bought this dress to wear as a wedding guest and absolutely loved it. The color is gorgeous in person and the material is super breathable, which was perfect for a Florida wedding. I was dancing all night and didn’t notice any visible sweat marks, which was a huge plus. It’s also really comfortable and has pockets, which made it even better. For sizing reference: I’m 5’3”, about 145 lbs, 34” bust, and usually between a small and medium. I ordered a small and it fit great. The style and fit of this ZESICA dress are absolutely gorgeous but the color was not what I expected. I’m 5'2" and the length was perfect on me, which is always a win with midi dresses. The fabric is a nice weight for summer- lined enough that it’s not see-through, but still breathable and not too hot. The halter straps held up well and felt secure, and the high-waist, flowy fit is very flattering. The biggest downside was the color, which looked noticeably different in person than online. Super cute and flattering dress! Wore to a wedding in the heat and humidity of Dallas in August and it was so comfortable yet elegant enough for the occasion. I am 5’3” and felt that it hit at an appropriate length, and the waist detail is so cute! Fabric wrinkles easily, but nothing some wrinkle release spray or iron/steamer can’t fix. Also love that it has pockets and was such a pretty color of purple! Tie for halter top felt secure, and I have washed and air dried this dress a couple of times without issue. There were a lot of things I liked about this dress, but ultimately ended up returning it. The sizing chart was appropriate. The length was nice, and the material was good - not see through at all. My caveat is the tie at the back of the neck. It was so bulky that it was uncomfortable.
