Love this back massager. It works right out of the box and the controls are easy to use. We really like the strong massaging. It is also nice that it’s not too big and easily portable. We liked it so much we bought another one for a family member too. Definitely recommend.

For the money, the massager does its job well and hits the knots in my back. Wife enjoys it as well. She just wishes the massaging balls would move a bit quicker when in spot mode.

This Massage Pillow by Comfier is a quality product, as are all their products. The good, it’s small and light weight, the bad, it’s small. I’m a large person, over 300 pounds. I got it mostly for my neck and this does a great job. I love using it on my neck as I have degenerated C5, C6 & C7 in my neck which gives me headaches and pain often. Using this pillow has been a God send for my pain. I have also used on my legs with much success also. Again, being a large framed person it doesn’t really work for me on my back but sure it would be better for a small, framed person. Again, I’m very happy with the results I get using on my neck. I give it 5 stars and highly recommend this Comfier Shiatsu Massage Pillow. I would buy it again!

I work from home and had been experiencing a lot of back pain from sitting at my desk all day. This back massager seat with heat has been incredibly useful — I set it up on my office chair and use it daily. It’s made a big difference in alleviating my back pain. It’s very easy to use, the controller is simple to operate, and it even has a convenient little pouch to store the controller when not in use. The massager looks great too — the light gray color fits perfectly with my home office decor. The quality is excellent, and I was so impressed I ended up buying one as a gift for a family member. Five stars!

The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because the 3D massage is AMAZING! Product was purchased 11 months ago, used almost daily. The product materials are horrible. It ripped apart on the 3rd use (2nd day I owned it) and sure I could've attempted to return it, but my grandma was dying at that time and there was too much going on to bother with it. Here we are, 11 months in to having it. Yes I still use it despite being ripped. Both sides are complete detached, there was a white cushioning cloth inside that had to be torn out or would constantly catch on the rollers. Idk if it's because of the damage sustained from things getting caught in the rollers, but the heat function no longer works and it's having other issues with not functioning as it should, but again this could be because of the other issues. The rolling option is quite frankly painful. It's like someone sticking a rounded object into your back as hard as possible and drawing straight lines up and down your back. The regular shiatsu is ok, I've owned better products though. The 3D massage is the only reason I'm even considering buying another of this because it really is that good.

I bought this massager to have when the one I had been using died. Boy, do I wish death had come sooner for the old one! This is the best massager I have owned (I have had at least four various brands previously). It extends high enough to massage my neck and even the base of my skull and goes all the way down to my lower spine. The shiatsu pressure is perfect and very relaxing. I have fallen asleep in the chair while using. I hope Comfier continues to make this model just as it is for many years. I would definitely buy again!
