The media could not be loaded. Like other reviews, my tape was too loose. I wrapped the spool in paper, then put some hot glue slats to make it bigger. This helps keep the tape from slipping around. (I added the paper so I didn’t damage the device). And I let the hot glue dry first. It’s not to glue the tape on, it’s to tighten it up. The side tape dispenser didn’t work great, but did work. I wish they had a smaller tape size option for the side dispenser. I think it could have some improvements, but overall is a big help! Happy Crafting!
