Arrived well packed, in good shape a day or two ahead of the expected delivery date. Well packed and in very good condition. Worked upon arrival with a partially charged battery and looks like a new laptop, Very clean and has no signs of use or abuse. Everything worked as it should (?) except for my own lack of familiarity with the Chrome OS. Got it connected and initially set up without any problems (other than my own) and it seems quite quick compared to the older Windows PC this will be replacing. (which was just too slow after upgrading to Windows 10) I am only using this in my garage/shop to have access to the internet, U-tube videos and to stream music and podcasts while I am working. It boots quickly and accesses everything I expect to be using it for quite easily. The browser seems fairly quick as well. My wifi signal in my shop is a little weak but it seemed to be no issue. The screen is not super bright but should be fine to view the U-tube instructional videos I want to watch, it streams music and connects to my speakers fine The internal speaker sound was not even fair, and allows me to access some online sites for information and or shopping (for tools) from time to time. It will certainly meet my needs. At this price, I wish I had got a Chromebook sooner, but was a little reluctant to try it. So far I think I'll like it. I'll be using it a lot over the next few week and will update this review only if any issues arise, ... show more

I got this as at night I need to check email or look at Reddit and other Internet based activities. After about a month, it would randomly open other apps/Windows not to mention for really slow.
