After several contacts with this company, as I was researching some functions of the various pressure cookers out there, it became clear that this brand offers more functions and equal quality to the leading brand out there. I strongly suspect this company actually makes that "leading brand", too. Anyway, I've owned that leading brand and now this. This one is clearly the better product. However, as I often do, I missed that I was purchasing the pot with regular non-stick coating instead of the pot (otherwise the same) with the ceramic coating. That would be the only thing I would have done differently. Amazon! Hey! You really need to do better in your descriptions so you get fewer returns! ... show more
