I really wanted to like these and they are a half decent idea. I bought two sets, one pink and one glow. The glow in the dark ones do not glow at all so I'm just left with weirdly beige green laces. What you're really paying for with this product is the little clip to hold the end of the 1/4 inch elastic. I am unimpressed with the clips though, becasue I keep having the ends of the lace sticking up out of the shoe. No matter how I fix or adjust the ends still stick up. It looks pretty silly. In the end, I'd just buy my own 1/4 inch elastic, thread it thru my lace holes, and tie knots to secure. ... show more

Absolutely love these laces. I have a love/hate relationship with shoe laces, ok maybe more like a hate/hate relationship. I hate tying them and I hate untying them. These laces take both of those things out of the picture. They're very easy to install and the video provided is a great help if you do happen to have a problem. Actually, now that I think about it I need to purchase another set for my work boots. Probably one for my husband's shoes too, and for my daughter when we get her another set of sneakers (not her current ones, they're held together with duct tape and hope at the moment). ... show more

Unhappy. This doesn’t work well at all for kids. Based on the reviews I have tried every type of solution I can think of. They are very difficult for her (6yo) to loosen and tighten causing much frustration and 2 days of being tardy for school as even I struggled to get them to feel “right” (not too loose or too tight). Today we ended up cutting them off and lacing them Back with the regular laces. Maybe they work for adults but I’m frustrated and bummed about the purchase. ... show more

This is an amazing product my husband and I , use this product on our workout shoes, and I got to say they hold up, but do follow the instruction and do not cut the laces until you are sure they are the comfortable tightness for your feet. My husband got too excited and cut his own without testing them out, and we ended up having to trade laces because he wasn't able to adjust his. Still thought, you won't be disappointed if you hate your shoes getting untied all the darn time. ... show more

Laced my Nikes up with my foot in it to make sure that it was not too tight the second I took my foot out and tried to wear them again they are way too tight and they hurt so within an hour I feel like I have to take my shoes off, uncomfortably tight!

I was kind of hoping that they would glow in the dark (although there's nothing at all in the description to lead me to believe so; just the peculiar color of the laces themselves). Other than that, they're just what I expected and just what I wanted.
