  • INSTALLATION GUIDE: Installation hardware kits are required and sold separately, each D-ring will require one cable rope (DO NOT use nylon ropes, they break easily!!). I think it's just too big of an area to cover without something in the middle to keep it up. Should have just bought a smaller size and maybe got two. It now hits the top of my head if I stand in the very middle underneath it. Not the end of the world but that's a 2 foot sag I wasn't expecting.

The shade sail does what is advertised but the size is a bit misleading. The size is measured from the clips but the center of easy side is at least a couple of feet shorter than the clips. I have a space that is 16x14 and ordered a sail that’s 16x16 and it was fine on the edges but not a square so I had to modify it to fit my application. I use two of these over two 14x12 groom stalls for my horses. I did not hang them per manufacturer instructions intentionally and they have been amazing. I’ve had them for nearly a year now and never a problem. The photo was taken yesterday. The water permeability is really great. When it pours the water goes right through, and when the rain is light it either does not go through or just mists down gently. On hot days it’s easily 10° cooler under the sun sails if not more. They are really aesthetically pleasing and incredibly durable. I had one horse get upset and toss his head up, and because of the soft fabric he was uninjured and the cloth just moved with him. 10/10 recommend these, they’re wonderful. We absolutely love the set up we did doing pavers getting rid if the grass and now we have space to enjoy with while family but there is one thing it's been a week since I installed the sails and one has numerous seams going across down they are even my question is are these seams will they rip apart it will be the one to the right of picture, I'm hoping not because then I will have to buy another one and it might be hard to match the color not sure if it can be exchanged and replaced and how long will be warranty on this ... show more
