i was skeptical in the beginning, but then i decided - why not try it? Package arrived 4 days early most optimistic estimate, kudos to Amazon, it is clearly says that they are available somewhere locally. Assembly was super easy, materials and quality of the build is good (so far). very well selected air pump, hoping it will hold up well. I'm currently in process of burning off, generator is producing nice amount of smoke. I hope the manufacturer included: a) way more advanced manual, with the types of fuel and recommended ways of loading b) suggestions how to clean it and cleaning brush(es) c) consider improve construction to have additional smoke condenser for cleaning smoke and remove tar, it should be optional. I'd like to see removable part for ashes and for tar. overall: so far i like how the smoke generator works and functionality.

I have used a "cold smoke" attachment on my gas grill for years. It worked fine but was frustrating how often I had to refill it with chips. I finally decided I had enough and purchased this one. The build quality is amazing! It holds enough pellets for many hours of smoking, in fact you have to watch how much you put in because you really can't reuse pellets for a second smoking. The amount of smoke is very good and adjustable. Two minor items are that the holes in the bottom of the pellet container are just a little big for standard size pellets and it really has to be disassembled after each use to clean it all out. But those are definitely not big detractors. I haven't had it long enough to know how it will hold up but it seems like it will last forever.

The myriad of uses for a separate smoking device include the ability to add flavor to items that normally would cook or melt with smoking by heat. These include cheeses ir liquor to name a couple. Easy to assemble and use, just fill with pellets or chips and aim the tube at the food item. Recommended for versatility

Smoker is compact, somewhat easy to clean, I am still learning the level of pellets to use for the time smoking I plan. I have smoked brick cheese and cream cheese with the smoker so far. I found that dividing a brick of cheese you have more surface for the smoke to adhere to. I am pleased with the purchase. One thing to watch for is to keep the smoker hose on a down hill slant, to prevent condensation build up and causing moister in the pellet chamber.

This is actually incredibly cool and works so well. I was nervous if it was going to work and how well. I also was unsure I could even figure it out! But it was pretty easy. They do have YouTube videos in case you are a more visual learner. It is a nice size. Not to big and bulky. It seems to be great value. We’ve used it a few times and are happy so far. I would recommend it.
