If your looking for something that requires minimal install time with no improv or modification pay the extra money and get one made by a company known for bmws. Having said that it, it was not horrible. My major complaint was the lid or “heat dam” break lines were off by quite a bit making it very difficult to get all 4 bolts in. The upper inlet tube bracket that is welded on didn’t really fit in intended area. The directions are alittle hard to see and kind of hard to understand. Not because of foreign language or broken English but how it’s worded. But forsure better then some I’ve got before on things. The upper and lower intake tubes are aluminum. Aswell as intake box and lid. The paint is nice. The filter isn’t terrible quality nor the small parts like bolts, coupler and band clamps. Not the best but far from worst Aside from that it’s really not a bad kit for the money considering one of same design is 3x the money. I’m not paying 500 dollars for a noise part. If your hoping to get 25hp out of this your dreaming. +- 1 at best. I do feel there’s a more crisp throttle response tho. HOWEVER this intake does excel in the noise department which is why my girlfriend wanted it. The Acceleration and the recirculation bark is addicitve. As long as you know this is a mainly a noise part and not for horsepower and have the money to spend then by all means it’s a good buy.

nothing fits! & i mean nothing.. the cold air intake is entirely too big for the enclosure. the bottom pipe doesn’t line up. the top pipe doesn’t line up! it doesn’t close the way you think it would. you would have to smush the cold air intake for it to semi close.. smh
