Got my chair today, took about 1 1/2 to put it together. Assembly was on point. I have been sitting in chair now for about 2 hours, my back hurts. Only drawback see with this chair is that the seat is not long enough in front for people with long legs. I am 5ft 8" tall. I feel I need more seat in front where chair seat comes right under my knee cap. As is my knee cap sits about 5 or 6 inches from front of chair seat. Would be fine for person with shorter legs. It did have a tiny chip on left on round part of left arm. However no big deal. Hardly noticeable. I just might take apart and send it back. My old chair seat was perfect. Not cut off in the front 6" which gives full body support. Should have bought same brand chair again, not try something new. ; ( Will give it another day and see if my back still hurts. ... show more

The stitching on the side of the chair is uncomfortable. I had to put a cover over it. The chair itself is ok.

Where to begin. Difficult to assemble. The backrest is so far back that you cannot use it as an office chair. The faux leather is poor quality and it has permanent tape marks on one side. Once we decide to return and disassemble, we could not get the hydraulic post off the bottom to fit back in the box and there is no way to contact the seller for guidance. UPDATE: The seller contacted me directly through my email after I wrote this review - Amazon gave them my email address without contacting me or asking permission. I got the email shortly after leaving the review, without having submitted a ticket for a return. Extremely unprofessional on Amazon's part and after a consistent trend of bad products I'm done using this website. --------- You can tell at a glance that the build quality is terrible - seams are irregular, the upholstered material is irregularly shaped, and all components have visible damage. Even the screws. It looks like a bad DIY project. I couldn't even put it together because the screw holes were placed imprecisely and did not line up on different pieces. I didn't even get as far as putting the back rest on the chair. The arm rests need to be attached first and one could not be. Additionally, it's difficult/dangerous to disassemble (and possibly to use) given how the air cylinder "attaches" to the base. It just gets wedged into a hole by the weight bearing down on the chair. Trying to remove the air cylinder so I can re-pack and return this product is proving difficult now that it's wedged firmly into the base. That's not even a build quality problem but a design problem. Finally, the product appears to have been a prior return/refurbished product despite being sold as new. The packaging was irregular and mismatched and the box appears to have been re-taped. Unprofessional conduct as well as unprofessional product. Bottom Line: DO NOT BUY I would avoid this company for any other products they sell as well. ... show more
