UPDATE 3/19/24 I'm not going to change my rating, but I noticed that stability was becoming a problem after a couple of weeks. The bolts are all easily accessible and on checking noted that every bolt had started working loose.     • Decent chair but one minor complaint

I have had the chair for a couple of weeks so far and use it in my home office at my desk. I most likely sit in this chair from 10-12 hours a day, sometimes more. The chair overall is a good chair and it is very comfortable. I do like the feature with having the ability to move the arms out of the way at time. I have 2 issues with the chair, but one is from the delivery. It was not wrapped up very well in the box and one of the arms of the chair was damaged and rough, so I hope it doesn't scratch the PU leather of the back support. I will reach out to customer service for a replacement and hope that goes well. The other issue with the chair itself is that it sits slightly leaning back, which is kind of annoying to me and makes it hard to lean forward and type or work on my computer. This is fine if I want to lean back in the chair and watching a movie or a tv show. But when trying to work it is kind of frustrating having the seat at a slight incline and the back support falling backwards. It is not too much, I would guess the back sits at a 15-20 degree decline from where I think it should be. So most of the day I do sit upright in the chair and my back does not touch the back support of the chair. I will see how this impacts me over time. But for now I knocked down my overall rating one star for this issue. I will say the chair was fairly simple to put together and I loved the tool that came with the chair to tighten the bolts. That tool will come in handy for other items around the house when needing a hex tool and a definite keeper. ... show more

This company cares about their products. The chair is packed well. They put extra padding on parts that might poke thru the box. Spare parts. Instructions we clear. It was pretty easy to put it together. I ordered one chair and liked it a lot, so I ordered a second. Both were packed with care. The 2nd chair, one screw on the arm/back ( which is the only area that you need to "work" to put it together) Just didn't want to line up! I worked longer on that one screw than I should have. Thought I'd have to give up. But I came in at a different angle and was able to get it in. But that angle caused the paint to get scraped off the arm. (Which I didn't realize the "metal" was painted! See photo) I do not like black anything in my house. (Just black clothes and a dog.) So this chair makes me very happy. The cream color fabric and the sliver-grey metal, love it! So pretty! Light, fresh looking. The wheels are fantastic! You can't hear any movement. Very smooth! I wish they made the same chair with a mid-back. I don't need a headrest at my desk. It would be nice not having it so high. For me, this is a good feel and fit. Nice upgrade from what I was using. I would recommend this chair. ... show more

I'm living on budget and going to school but have some back and hip issues. I was a little worried about this chair because of the price. I need not have worried. It is very comfortable, easy to put together and the fabric is durable. I highly recommend following the directions exactly when putting this together. I read some reviews and they said they had issues with assembly. Follow the directions, even if it seems weird, don't tighten all the bolts on the arms and seat before everything is in place (also recommended in the directions) and the issues at minimal. Would highly recommend if you want a comfortable office chair but can't pay loads of money. Just as comfortable as the really expensive chairs I've used in other locations ... show more

Hi!! This chair is heaven sent. I went from having serious body pain from sitting at my desk for only 2ish hours to being able to sit there for hours on end and still be perfectly comfortable. I'm 245 pounds and this chair feels super sturdy under earth my weight. I also LOVE that the arms lift up!!! I cannot recommend this chair more, 15/10 it's a great deal. It's very good. My kid helped me put it together and exclaimed, "it's the same colour as mayonnaise - my favourite food!!!" ... show more

It couldn't handle 4 days a week work load. I'm 6ft 220 and it lost the ability to hold me as it fell apart. Maybe better for much smaller folks.
