This chair is amazing! The assembly was good, however the instructions had you put the wheels on first, I would do them last because attempting to attach the wheels to a rolling around chair is rather difficult. Other than that, I love the foot rest feature and the extra back/lumbar pillow included! I am not sure if it was Amazon or UPS but, the box it came was deliverd upside down, drenched on top with water, torn, barely taped up good. I am actually quite amazed all the pieces were still there, luckily the packaging to this chair was excellent. All screws and the included screw driver were sealed tightly within one package...Everything was cushioned and protected well, just the box it came in was terrible...I am not sure if it got dropped in a puddle or if they brought it in an open bed truck...Whatever the case I will be contacting UPS directly tomorrow morning about this. The shipping box was damaged, and a leg had punched through the box, which also had burst tape. Somehow in this mistreatment, one side of the footrest support had snapped off. Although the seller had a full voice mail box, they responded promptly to an e-mail and replaced the broken part. The footrest has flimsier design than the rest of the chair, and it flips up through your legs rather than folding up from below them. This is an awkward design and not very comfortable to use. The rest itself offers a change of posture but is not especially comfortable in where it hits my leg or the angle of support. It is handy to have a detachable pillow for lumbar or neck support. Pro: easily adjustable lumbar support. Pro: ability to lock it in the perfect reclined position. Pro: retractable foot rest. Pro: perfet height without needing to raise the chair. Huge Con: I've been using it for a couple months now and I can honestly say that the seat is not comfortable for long periods of time. After a couple hours sitting in the chair, it becomes a little painful and uncomfortable. It really needs better and probably more padding for the seat. I went with a chair like this because I figured it would be great for sitting long periods and I really wanted something with a foot rest. This chair looks nice, the back is comfortable and I like that it came with a back pillow, but the seat itself sucks. Now I have to find a cushion to use to be able to sit in it comfortably. Con: when assembling, the piece that connects the top and bottom is not labeled and you cannot tell which way it's supposed to go. ... show more

Pros: Like how soft it is. Love the pull out foot/leg rest. Lumbar is a nice feature. The back rest is tall enough to tilt head back and have it supported. Cons: Tends to lean you more forward on the seat. To correct this you must remove lumbar support pillow or slide it up much higher. Then seat will allow you to feel less tilted forward. ... show more

    • Very comfortable & sturdy
I had this saved on my list for months because I’m hesitant to buy a chair without testing it out first. But my previous home office chair was falling apart, so I got this one because it’s Prime and I could at least return it. Even though I dreaded the thought of a return for such a large heavy item. Fortunately I love it! I can honestly say it’s one of the most comfortable chairs I’ve ever used, even much more expensive chairs. The adjustable lumbar support works great, it helps my posture when I’m sitting up working and you can move it to a better position when you want to recline. And the footrest makes sleeping so comfortable. The base is very sturdy and you don’t feel like you’re going to tip over when you’re reclined. While it’s not a “beautiful” chair, I don’t like the juvenile design of many gaming chairs and prefer the more tradition office chair that this one has. It’s been about a week and every day I fall more and more in love with this chair lol ... show more

    • Uncomfortable and arms loose
Unfortunately I am outside the return window but this chair gets more uncomfortable as the days go on and the arms get looser. I did contact support and sent them video of arm, then life took over. Bought a nee chair today. This thing literally kills your rear end after several hours because if the seams on the seat. Expensive, uncomfortable and arms will probably onlyblast about 4 months.
