Right out of the box it looked and felt like quality. The seat has plenty of padding that even bigger persons aren't going to flatten it out right away. If you sit with your legs spread then you'll love this chair. It's mostly flat across so no racecar style sides to dig into your thighs. It's super adjustable and doesn't feel like anything is going to break when you use it. It was easy to put together, though the instruction book is dark green and blends in with the chair so I thought it came without them. Will probably end up buying a few part to make another chair cause this things comfy and sturdy enough to hold me and the wife when she decide she “needs attention” lol. My husband just ordered a bunch of office chairs for his employees and he was a tad jelly but super impressed with this chair while putting it together, especially the quality. I purchased another Amazon chair the other day.. the seat was comfortable but it wasn’t tall enough.. The fuqido is a much larger chair as you can see in the picture.. the wheel base is wider and heavier duty.. the bolts and wheels are better quality also, the chair reclines which the other did not. Day 1- happy with the chair so far, for someone taller it is comfortable, I am 6”2. The other chair pictured wasn’t tall enough the headrest hit me in the shoulder blades when laying back into it at all Cons: seat material is deformed as seen in pic on on side of back rest(hoping that reforms now out of box) -arm rest only go up and down, some other gaming chairs slide forward and angle, no padding on armrest either ... show more

This is a very comfortable chair! It fully matches its description on the Amazon site. I spend long hours on a daily basis working on the computer, that's why the ergonomic characteristics of the chair are very important for me. I bought this chair for myself. Being a larger guy, I thought the 400lbs capacity would be great. I put it together on a Saturday morning and by Sunday was having issues with it. At the time I put it together I was at 308lbs and in less than 24 hours the gas cylinder has pushed down through the base so far that even at it highest setting I feel like I am sitting on the floor. Anyone that has dealt with chairs like this knows that once it is put together, it is nearly impossible to get apart. I contacted the seller with my concerns and was told all I needed to do was use a rubber mallet and heat gun to get it apart and they would send me a new base(which they did). However, I would have to go out and buy a rubber mallet, heat gun and vice to hold it while I tried to get it to come apart. Shoddy materials and bad customer support.
