I've never spent this much on a chair, but you really do get what you pay for. I'm sitting at a comfortable height, using chair arms that don't pinch my legs (much), and the lumbar and neck cushions do a lot to make this feel like a better fit than any chair I've used before. Unfortunately, it seems like my spine is still taller than this was designed for. Both of the extra cushions have to sit higher than they were made to for me (I'm 5'11" but I sit taller than you'd expect for it). I have to lift up the lumbar pillow every time (update: added a couple dollars of adhesive velcro to stick the pillow exactly where I want it), and when I adjusted the neck pillow to where I wanted it, the elastic band slipped off the chair back, at least when sitting upright. For a seat this thick, you'd expect to not feel the support structure quite so firmly underneath the padding. The assembly instructions describe a knob you can use to set the recline tension, but I couldn't find anything more than the basic paddle that locks the back into position wherever it currently is. If anybody can provide some help with this, please leave a comment.

Chair was great for the first month. Then I was having issues moving the chair while sitting in it or out of it. At closer look all the 'arms' that hold the wheels turned sideways. The wheels can no longer roll, the chair is tilted downwards as some arms are turned more than others. DO DISAPPOINTED. I am well under the max weight, I just wanted a larger seat for comfort but now I am miserable all day working like the chair is tipping over. Considered removing the wheels to put in stationary chair but the arms to insert them as mentioned are turned. It's terrible. Would nit recommend.

I am a songwriter and music producer, which at times keeps me sitting down for hours. I am 5'8" 185lbs. The chair is very well made, good material, sturdy, comfortable, and easy to assemble. I give it 5 stars because overall I really like this chair, it is better then the last four chairs I have purchased and given away. The only thing I would advise anyone about this product that the very last piece to attach to the chair are the plastic covers that hide the mechanism that allows the chair to recline back. The plastic is not the greatest and it bit hard to attach. Nevertheless, if you are a gamer or work long hours sitting down, I would recommend this chair. Also it looks good. I cant get over the quality of this chair for the price point! I had been looking at a new gaming chair for months but couldnt find anything that fit my needs within my price point. When this showed up, I figured why not and ordered it. I honestly was not expecting much due to the price point and the fact that it was claiming to be a heavy duty chair for up to or more than 400lbs. When it was delivered, immediately opened it and started putting it together. It was honestly the easiest assembly of a gaming chair that I have done, and I have done quite a few. Everything about this chair feels like quality and good craftsmanship, from the stitching to the bolts and screws that were used. It came with both a head pillow and a lumbar support pillow, both of which are extremely comfortable. This is an amazing chair and one that I would recommend to anyone, especially those that spend a lot of time at the computers. Get this chair!
