I was not familiar with this brand before purchasing. I decided to give it a try because my prior two machines (from a well known brand) failed after short lifespans. I think that brand switched to cheap parts (circa the pandemic) so I don't want to reinvest in that brand. I've used this new brand for about 30 brews. I've only used the 'Strong Brew' setting so far (no cold brew, etc.). The strong brew is perfect! The machine keeps the coffee hot after brewing and has an timer to show how long since last brew (not long in my house). The control display area is pretty simple and slick looking. All of the desired functions can be accessed there and are simple to use. The coffee carafe appears to be very good, using quality glass (thicker than the previous brand I had) and has a solid plastic handle. One problem for me pertaining to the carafe is the measuring scale (i.e. cups of water measurement). The measurement lines are hard for me to see. I'd prefer that the measurement lines were thicker so they easier to read. I'll figure out how to sustainably embellish the line and update this post if I remember. The water reservoir can be awkward to fill because its position is at the rear, close to the top lid. and the carafe needs to angled "just so" to empty it. I started to use a funnel to fill the reservoir when I'm in a rush. It's very simple, fast and foolproof. My morning coffee is an important ritual to me, so I really want a reliable machine. This machine is brewing great coffee every day. Feels like a quality product, I expect this will be a reliable machine.

Good coffee maker, easy to use and programs easily using touch screen . Its stylish and looks good on the counter . I have had no issues since purchase . Having purchased several coffee makers in the past, I was not disappointed with this one.

I would put this in the "budget" coffee maker category. If that's what you're looking for this is a decent one. This is replacing a Mr Coffee that I loved but of course they don't make anymore. I chose this one mostly for delivery speed. It does what it's supposed to - it brews coffee. If I'm being critical there are a few things I can point out: the cord length is acceptable but shorter than I'd like. The "touch screen" buttons are overly sensitive and I feel will fail faster than traditional click buttons. It does take this machine longer to brew a pot than any machine I've ever owned. The programability is nice and the "freshness counter" (counts up after the brew is done) is unique. We'll see if this one holds up and I'll adjust my review accordingly. This one was borderline 4 stars but leaned towards 5 just because of its price point and features but I can already tell you I'd probably buy something else next time. ***Update*** I’ve reduced my rating from 4 1/2 to 4 stars. The cord is so short it’s annoying. Any other pot I’ve had, has had a much longer cord and even the ability to tuck extra cord inside a cutout in the back but this one is super short. So much so, I may have to get a short extension cord to make this work. To do over again - I’d get another brand.

EDIT: I will leave my original review to see, but I changed my rating to five stars because I’ve never seen a company so responsive to negative reviews. Full disclosure, they coordinated a full, free replacement, which is so far working well. I did not reach out to them to set this up; I merely left a negative review, and in a day or so they contacted me to get a replacement sent out. Also, they had the integrity to do this without asking me to alter one word of my original review. I am extremely impressed, and even if this one fails, I still have to hand it to the company for being so proactive. So, consider this a permanent five-star rating. They’ve earned it. This coffee machine brewed well for about three weeks, then just quit. If you like throwing money away, get this one.

Used this coffee maker maybe 10 times then it started having issues. The water will not come through to make coffee. I’ve tried cleaning and still nothing. I have notified the company by email due to the two year warranty, no response. I would not recommend.

This coffee maker performs well for standard brewing and consistently produces a good pot of coffee. It is straightforward and easy to use for regular operation, which I appreciate. One of the primary reasons I selected this model was its “strong brew” feature. However, after reviewing the instructions, the process for brewing a stronger pot of coffee appears unnecessarily complicated. It involves pressing the strong brew button multiple times at specific intervals, which feels cumbersome for everyday use. As a result, I have opted to use the standard brewing function, which works reliably. Another concern is the durability of the control panel labels. After only three weeks of use, the “Brew Now” label has already begun to wear off and is partially illegible. This is disappointing, especially considering the button is used under normal conditions without excessive force. To prevent further wear, I applied clear tape over the labels, but this seems like a workaround for what appears to be a design or material issue. Overall, while the coffee maker delivers good performance for basic brewing, the complicated strong brew feature and the poor durability of the labeling detract from the overall experience. For these reasons, I would rate it three out of five stars.
