Might be an "off brand" production but I fail to see any indication that the quality is any less than the major branded units with similar specs. Similar construction and attention to details of much higher priced items. I am very happy with this machine that also includes a reusable filter for the consumer to use if they wish that probably routinely retails for 5 to 7 dollars on it's own in any local store. I prefer the disposable paper filters and it works just fine with having to use included one. Great Value!

Clock, time, regular or strong, done. Three buttons do everything, and even my dish-soap-in-the-dishwasher husband got it right first try. The grinder is the star: it smells like a café the second I wake up, runs quieter than my old blade nightmare, and lets me flip from coarse iced to fine bold with one dial. Tiny hiccup—first week it tossed grounds like confetti—but click the hopper in firmly and boom, zero mess. Hopper holds a full half-poun and fuels our 5-mug-a-day habit for 4–5 mornings. Fill it Sunday, forget it till Friday. Clear lid allows for easy monitoring. Brews at perfect 195 °F, keeps coffee hot two hours without scorching. Strong mode tastes like drip met espresso; iced mode nails concentrated brew over ice no watery junk. Carafe pours clean, no spills. For a machine that grinds, programs, and does iced better then the fancy café-style ones that need a PhD to operate this one is worth every penny

Pretty solid little coffee pot for the price point. It brews regular or strong depending on how dramatic my morning is, and the iced coffee button makes me feel fancy without paying $8 at a drive thru. Not the fanciest machine on Earth, but it gets the job done and keeps me caffeinated enough to be a functioning human. Four stars from a grateful, slightly over caffeinated reviewer.

Good coffee maker. The price is fair to me. I like the stainless steel accents and I really like the strong brew option for making iced coffee. I also really appreciate the simplicity of this product. There aren't a thousand buttons and knobs. 6 clearly worded options and that's that. This would be a great drip coffee maker for a senior because of the simplicity of it.

so happy with this coffee maker i had a personal size coffee maker and always left wanting more so i grabbed the chance of trying this one out, its def enough coffee for me to get me through the day, couldnt be easier to use, has so many different functions, timer, as easy and straight forward as possible, love the simple design, the touch of stainless steel and everything i was looking for and more it has more bells and whistles than what i need but nice to know they are there if i want to navigate out of my comfort zone highly recommend and exactly as described and pictured, def a huge upgrade for me

I usually use a French Press for my coffee, but with family visiting there is never enough - so decided to try this drip maker. OOTB everything seemed great. But the manual neither shows or mentions the included reusable screen filter though, just covering paper. Turns out - it should. I attempted to use it with 100g of coffee in it - pretty much to the top - about all the mesh was covered - to 1000ml water - 4 8oz cups. Disaster! The coffee did not drain thru the mesh, but overflowed the top with coffee & grounds everywhere - except in the carafe. Turns out the replaceable filter Does Not like a fine grind - at all. The filter screen totally clogs, and with "no place to go'- overflows everywhere. Either leave half the screen visible, or a coarse grind. Maybe both. 4 stars - incomplete instructions for reusable filter Automatic maker makes great coffee - after you use the replaceable filter correctly.
