Color: Six-sided low stand
She may be small but she is mighty. I am a voice actor and sound/mic check was getting to be a headache. Since like most, my living space has downsized and I was struggling to find an ideal space to record. Decided to see if I could get away with a simpler solution rather than an entire closet redo, sacrificing space I don’t really have to give. This gamble paid off big time. Allows me the versatility to move wherever recording will be ideal no matter how many people are in my tiny space at the time! Absolutely worth it!

I’ve been using this for my recordings, and the improvement in sound quality is noticeable. It’s metal frame, it’s surprisingly lightweight yet sturdy. I love that I can adjust the angles to perfectly wrap it around the microphone. It fits my standard stand with no issues. I highly recommend it if you’re trying to achieve cleaner vocals without spending a fortune on room treatment.

The part itself was good quality, but it didn’t fully meet my needs for recording. For reverb and soundproofing, I would say it was only about 50% effective. Two sides are closed, but the other two sides are open, so the sound can still escape from the open sides. It may work well for basic recording, but if you’re looking for better reverb control and more complete sound isolation, this may not be the best option.

Works well for basic home recording. It reduces background noise noticeably, and the foldable design is convenient. Easy to set up and adjust. Good value for the price.

It came with zero instructions, just a picture of what the final result should be, barely. I have no clue how to put it together, and there was no communication or help.
