This handle grab bar is okay as a secondary support. It's kind of short and the middle suction cup feels like it's in the way of really getting a secure grip. But if you need extra help in the shower this is fine to use for that. So far I haven't had any problems with the suction cups holding which is a good thing. It's a nice sturdy grab bar.

I have this bar installed in my shower and it has only came loose once over a month time period. I found it easy to install and easy to remove if you need to adjust its placement. I think the CoElderly 3 suction cup shower grab bar is one that you can trust.

CoElderly 3 Suction Cups Shower Handle: This handle is a bit small for me. The curve in the handle makes accuracy a factor if I fall and need to quickly grab it because only the center of the handle is big enough for a quick grab. The center suction cup is in the way for me. It has caught my fingers and prevented a quick grab more times than not. For quick emergencies this handle is not my choice but for slow grabs to assist in sitting down or getting up it will work fine

It seems to be working well so far. We are now reaching an age when I am concerned about possible losing my balance in the shower. I am 50 but I menopaused over 10 years ago due to health issues so I am always hyper aware of safety in the shower. Also, I have had bouts of dizziness due to the same health issues so this is very helpful. I have tried various suction cup handles and I would say this is comparable to others of that ilk.

I had some trouble getting the grab-bar to adhere successfully, but once the surface was well cleaned (I eventually used TSP to get down to a solid and clean surface), it was solid and secure. I would also recommend that the bar be removed frequently, the surface recleaned and the bar be reinstalled! Every shower or tub should have one of these bar. Remember, that it is always better to be safe than sorry!

I don’t currently have it installed in a bathtub or shower, but rather to the door frame of our toilet room. Sometimes it’s nice to have a handle to hold onto when getting off the toilet, and this one sticks well to our flat wide door trim. We actually got it so that when the in-laws visit, they can get in and out of the shower a little safer, but since I don’t use that shower, I moved it to its current location, so I could give it a review. It’s been in place for over 4 weeks at this point, and I try to grab it every time I get off the toilet just to make sure it's still holding firm. I’m a big guy, so I’m putting a decent strain on the handle. It hasn’t budged. I have no doubt this will work well in a tub or shower where the adhering surface is better suited for this kind of handle.

This "CoElderly 3 Suction Cups Shower Handle" works really well! It sticks to the shower wall quite securely, and stays there, attached for a couple of weeks! And, then, when it DOES need reattaching, it's STILL rather stuck to the wall! (You have to use the little tabs on the edge of the suction cups, to get it to release!) I mean, this thing WANTS to stick! When I first got it, I took it into the bathroom and just stuck it to the shower wall, without any cleaning at all, just to see what it would do... and, the next morning it was on the floor... BUT THEN, when I properly cleaned and dried the wall of the fiberglass insert shower, it's been sticking, as I said, FOR TWO+ WEEKS AT A TIME!!! The "CoElderly 3 Suction Cups Shower Handle" is quite sturdily built, too. And, I've found that if I locate it just right, I can even use it as a bit of a SEAT, as I lean my back against the wall... I like it! To tell ya the truth, I'm a bit surprised at how well this "CoElderly 3 Suction Cups Shower Handle" works! (Just be sure to check that it's still well attached, every time that you come to use it, BEFORE YOU PUT ANY WEIGHT ON IT.) So, if you're looking for one of these type of suction-handles, this one works really well! I'd say, "Get it!"
