The media could not be loaded. Imagine my surprise when I opened this at our picnic to realize it was missing 2 poles for each side of the doorway and had 3 LARGE rips in the screen, bird poo on the screen, wear along the pole sleeves on the outside. This was very very used. Partial return of $29 doesn't even cut it

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Ours was preowned. It may have said "You are buying new" but it came preripped. The flexible supports on two sides were reversed and twisted (put together wrong!). If my wife hadn't been close I would have thrown it in the dumpster. After trying to sleep on the issue I thought of a plan and executed the plan. It worked for one side and I realized what was wrong with the other side, fixed that also. Amazon, if I want to put "ease of assembly" I WILL DO IT. I don't need you trying to sell crap with people thinking I am recommending it! Build quality was -10 which is not a check mark for a positive. Once I got it FIXED, poles in the correct holes it went up fast and came down fast. Has anyone else noticed that the videos show it set up and only two show "The ease of assembly"? In closing: Just don't buy it. Save your money.

On upon receipt, package came in box look like it’s been taped several times and tried to assemble and found out that it had to be taken apart and reassembled in order to make it work. Closer inspection has found a couple holes in the screens not very impressed with this product I do not recommend. first opportunity will be returning.

The one i got was made inside out, so i cannot attach the canopy. . It is a giant pain in the ass to try to fold back up, its also missing the sidewalls that were supposed to be included. If I manage to get it to fold back up I will be returning it.
