Great modern looking futon, it easily assembles into a bed by pushing it away from the wall (careful with wood floors) recline back and arm rests to the side and easily get that extra bed you need for the expected (or unexpected guest) if unexpected... No worries they will not stay long because the futon bed is not that comfortable for a stay longer then a 3 day weekend! The leather like material looks and feels good, it's soft and cleans easily. The color states white, but the color is not a pure white, more like a light ivory. I’ve been using it for several months and I haven’t been disappointed yet. This product is very easy to assemble, just attach legs. It’s relatively light weight, so it’s easy to bring into the house or move around. It’s very multi functional: it could be used as a sofa bed, as a couch, or even as a loveseat, depending on how you adjust the sides and the back. The upholstery is high-quality and has a nice color. I am using the one exactly like in the picture. It has the look and feel of natural leather. It is not natural but doesn’t look or feel cheap. No disappointments so far. ... show more

    • Futon is pretty good so far, company appears picky on their terms and conditions of the purchase...
We like this futon. Unlike other reviews, I feel this is a decent futon and comfortable to sit on. The texture is fairly soft and not overstuffed, the arms and back fold up and down easily when you want to adjust positions. We never had problems with the company, delivery, or quality of product on delivery, but it appears the company has some pretty strict rules for return, exchange, or guarantee if something was delivered to that needs work. After you have completed your purchase, you get an e-mail from the company on terms and conditions, which should be up front before purchase, in my opinion. I was unable to have another person with me when the futon arrived, which created some problems. I have included part of that e-mail disclaimer in my review... "In this email we are going to discuss the "Cliff Notes" version of what we need from you, how to receive your item, and what to do if you find damage. Ready? Here we go! We need a good phone number so the carrier can call you to schedule a delivery appointment. If we can't reach you after a few days, the item could get returned. We don't want that. We know YOU don't want that. And we also don't want the guy who has your old number to get YOUR furniture. So please take a quick moment to review the information that Amazon has on file for you (even your address!). This order will be shipped to the address provided on your Amazon order via Self-Service Curbside Delivery. This means that it will be brought to the curb in front of your home by one driver. This method is the standard freight shipping service used by most companies that send their products freight. It also allows us to provide free shipping so we can keep our prices low and pass the savings on to you! Furniture Creations will not approve or accept the charges for any services other than those provided for curbside delivery as outlined within our posted policy. The person delivering your item is not a full service mover and this delivery will be different than if you were purchasing from a local furniture store. Please be sure to completely look over the outside of the shipping boxes and wooden pallet for signs of trauma. If there are any signs of damage at all like creases, rips, tears, holes, punctures, crushed in, etc. make sure you write "Damaged" on the delivery receipt (paperwork that the driver asks you to sign) no matter how minor it may appear and we've got you covered. If anything is missing, make sure to write that on the receipt too so that we can have the carrier perform a trace." I have an issue with "MUST BE INSPECTED AND SIGNED FOR UPON RECEIPT". Here's why- The futon is not assembled, it arrives in a box with layers of packaging. The company hired to make the delivery will not bring it into your house, it just expected to drop it off. So, this means, you have to get it in your home or unwrap the packaging on the front lawn of your house and complete an inspection while the driver is just hanging out watching you. It takes some time to upwrap the contents of this box because it was meant to be shipped to prevent as many incidents as possible. What happened to us was that when it was delivered, I was the only one home and am not able to maneuver the box on my own. The driver was kind enough to help me get it in my front entryway out of the rain and snow, however I didn't have enough room to open the box and complete the inspection. If you do have a problem with the product, the warantee is only good for 3 days after it is arrived, otherwise the terms and conditions hint that you can expect to pay out of pocket. Very attractive and comfortable as a couch. Easy to turn from couch to bed and back. But VERY hard to sleep on. I wake up feeling like I slept on a board. I am buying a feather bed to put on top of this when sleeping on it, and will report back if it makes it comfortable.

The media could not be loaded. I just moved into my new apartment on 6/3/17. I was very excited that I finally could have enjoyed sitting on this beautiful sofa. Hoever, I found out there was a problem that I could not accept it. Please see the vedio attached, you could see that left arm of sofa was not able to be put down. I am very disappointed because I was so happy to order this sofa and ready to put it in my living room. The result it that I spent almost $435(with tax) and I got this kind of defective sofa instead... ... show more

Incredible Quality! It came almost fully assembled. We only needed to attach the legs! Beautiful, soft and very sturdy quality. Looks just like the picture. Arms are adjustable and can also lay flat for an added feature. Love this and we would definitely recommend it.

Not Costco Quality!!! Broken upon assembly. one of the foot set screws was broken!! feels 50/50.. same function as the Costco model except the supports when they click feel like that don't support more than 100lbs. When the back comes up to turn into a sofa it is very flimsy and wobbly and only feels like one support not 3 like the Costco version. left side had no support and was very shaky. I am really considering returning this item but Costco is sold out of the item in their warehouses and their online is uber expensive. I need this thing now and can't wait till Dec. 26th to buy Costco's version in their warehouse. I plan on having to buy a 3" memory foam topper and will use as a second bed for company. I will end up having to sell this thing for $100, since this is all this thing is worth.. feels very cheap, but will serve it's purpose for a couple of months as a second bed for guests. ... show more
