This couch is fantastic! We bought the u shaped for our small apartment living room and it fits perfectly! Love having the option of extra storage and the outlets built into the arm rests! It came in 3 reasonable boxes and was really easy to put together. Directions easy to follow and all necessary parts included. Having 2 people definitely made it easier but you could do it solo. It is comfortable I just wish the back cushions were squishier. I'm getting some gel foam to bulk them up a bit and some throw pillows for the couch which should help. The bottom cushions are firm but not so thin you can feel what's underneath. All in all it's a good couch!

I was looking for an affordable couch with detachable/washable covers, storage and sleeper features. I was hesitant to purchase this based on only one other photo review but it ended up being the perfect color, firmness and size for my apartment. Assembly took some time as it would with any other furniture from Amazon but with two people it took about an hour or two. Firmer couch but still comfortable to sleep on. The charging ports are a cool feature.

I had similar couch which I ordered from Wayfair. When I moved I different state I was looking for similar couches. I found this in prime day sale and bought it. It took whole day to fix this couch. My previous couch similar to this one took less than an hour. Quality is very poor for the cost. Don’t buy this couch. Cushions are flat, not at all fluffy, no cushioning. I regret buying this.

Very satisfied with this sofa sleeper. It's the perfect size to convert a bedroom into a TV/guest room. Pretty easy to put together. I used my own pillows to decorate.

I'll start with the things I WISH I'd known before buying: Based on our experience and LOTS of other reviews, be prepared for your boxes to arrive separately over a period of days and for them to arrive busted open/re-taped. This seems to be partially the fault of how the manufacturer packages them and the carriers sending people out alone with these big, heavy boxes by themselves. It took nearly 7 hours total to put together and you can't use it right away if you have the chaise lounge pieces: the cushions---which are indeed thin---come vacuum sealed and even after 12 hours they were still wrinkled and not full "up" (see photos). If you sit on the expanding cushions before they're done, they won't ever form correctly. We started using the sofa at the 15-hour mark because we were out of time to wait for it. REALLY recommend 2 people for the assembly unless you buy only the basic 2-seater piece (we got the U-shape w 2 chaise components). Getting someone to hold the sections as you work on them and try to connect them is invaluable. It was a nightmare to put together. We're pretty handy, and there were instructions (more on that later), but the illustrations are b&w line drawings and not easy to use/decipher clearly. Worse, almost ALL of the factory-installed connector pieces on the sides were upside down (wasted over an hour trying to connect the 3 sections---which was a whole other issue---before we figured this out). TIP? If you buy this sofa, be certain to have a ratcheting screwdriver with multiple hex and phillips bits (medium/larger sizes). The included tool will get the job done but it will add a LOT of time, frustration, and scrapes/ cuts/ bruises to the project. ALSO: Open up EVERYTHING, lay it all out, and really go through the directions before you start, paying close attention to the illustrations. AND build it in the order the instructions say. It's about the only way to get it connected. TIP!! There are instructions (this is where we found ours), parts, and part-lists INSIDE the zipped backs of the back pieces! If you can't find something, it may be in there! This is a scaled-down version of a full-size sofa, regardless of what the measurements mean to you. I'm only 5'6" and my feet dangle off the end of the chaise unless I'm sitting straight up against the back. Yes, it is indeed firm and the cushions are thin: only 4" of standard, everyday foam (no recovery or memory foam). For contrast, a really basic old-school mattress with no pillowtop or extras is 8" thick. The "Dark Grey" is pretty light. Based on this, I'd say the light grey is probably closer to a dove (very pale). The sofa-bed function is not a smooth action, and we're concerned it won't hold up. It's jerky and requires some "oomph". In fairness, both main brackets for the pull out arrived damaged and we had to bend them straight (although the metal was so thin we did it by stepping on them: I weight 121lbs, and my partner weighs 168lbs at 5'10"). Okay, now for the overall thoughts: For the price, its pretty good. We had to have a sofa-bed replacement in a short period of time, and with 2 rescue dogs that we can't keep off the sofa when we're at work, we didn't want to spend thousands. We had a very difficult time trying to find what we were looking for, and this was the compromise. Its compact, and the storage comes in handy as a place to keep the memory-foam topper we had to get to make the bed truly sleep-able. It would probably be fine as is for young kids or for day lounging, but an adult sleeping on it is stiff and not well-rested in the am (we each tried it one night just to see). We have guests coming in for 2 weeks, and we'll update after their feedback. Basically, it looks fairly good, and in the photos, that is as pretty as I could make it with what was in the box. I'll post more photos after I've completed redecorating the room so that you can see what some extra cushions/pillows can do for it. For the price, it seems to be a decent buy. Just be prepared! Good starter couch. we ordered an extra L to make our couch a U shaped sectional. It’s not the most comfortable couch and was a pain to put together but worth it to have a couch. the cushions are only 3” thick right on top of wooden slats. It does serve its purpose for blanket storage and the pull out bed works good.

Building this took me about 5 hours. Be prepared to spend hours on assembly. I did this by myself and it was very difficult there’s a specific part of assembly that having a 2nd person would be necessary. That being said, this couch is great for the price. The cushion is starting to flatten on the part that pulls out. I bought this beginning of November. It is comfortable to sleep on as well. Would recommend this couch, however, you should know what you’re getting into assembly wise.
