Just got 2 of these cases. First impression is that they look really sturdy and work as expected. The foam inserts don’t look 100% like the photo but they’re pretty similar and sized correctly for CDJ 3000s. There are extra foam pieces included too, if you want to adjust the padding (but this is not necessary). I saw a review on another site that said the top foam presses down on the jog wheel too much and this is simply not true. There’s even enough room for the decksaver on top of the CDJ. Honestly, I don’t know why I didn’t get these cases sooner! They protect the CDJs well while protecting my muscles from overexertion carrying them :). Looking into more similar cases for my other DJ gear.

    • It's not the same interior as the pics, clasps don't clamp down as tight as they should
The media could not be loaded. Different interior from the case shown in the Amazon pics, much cheaper foam. "Watertight" seal clasps are very loose and I would guess not watertight. I have 2 others of these same cases that I bought elsewhere and the clasps clamp down much tighter and the interior foam is much better quality.. I guess Odyssey changed their design. The version shown in these pics are still available from other stores. I'd recommend finding those, they clamp down and seal much better... ... show more
