This Chair was very straightforward to assemble. I really didn’t even look at the instructions except to confirm what I was doing. Anyone that struggles to put this together should probably hire me to come assemble it. It’s easy. Comfort wise the cushion for the bottom section is surprisingly padded but firm. I’d compare it to sitting on block of firm egg crate foam. The back is actually 10/10 nice. The lumbar support doesn’t adjust vertically as much as I’d have liked but still, it DOES adjust and it has a cushion between the lumbar support and back pad of the chair which really makes this chair a 5/5 for comfort and quality. I feel confident to use this product for my upcoming 18 month program. I was hesitant and did a lot of research to find the right chair. This was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Catalina. It’s the F***ing Caralina wine mixer!!!!

I’ve had this chair for about a week now and being 5’8 and 200 pounds I’d would say it’s a good chair. Not great not bad but a good chair. I use this chair to primarily game for 6-9 hours a day and it’s honestly pretty comfortable, however if you’re sitting in for hours on in, day after day you’ll feel the pain begin at the tail bone. If it’s just for moderate use it’s a very good chair. My complaints with the chair is that it was difficult to assemble and recommended everyone who makes the chair to keep all screws very loose to the end because a lot of the holes don’t align correctly with different parts of the chair. Secondly I noticed that my chair as shown in the picture leans forward which I kinda didn’t like. I tried literally using all my strength to bend the bars more straight but couldn’t so it goes to show the metal or bars are used are legit material. So just to fix the slight tilt forward I put a towel at the bottom to kinda balance it out. It was overall 3.8/5 chair, I think a fair price for this chair would be 60 and not 90 dollars

The instructions were easy to follow. The company provided an extra of each piece of fastening hardware, which is a blessing to those of us that have had a missing or broken fastener and either had to go shopping or wait weeks for the company to replace it. Color was consistent and material seemed strong. The only minor issue is that it doesn't quite sit flush on a hardwood or vinyl floor, but the very minor wobble disappears when someone sits on it and isn't noticeable at all on carpet.

Some assembly required, took 20min taking my time. Has a nice height so my feet touch the ground. I am 5'4". I find the seat and backrest comfortable . Arms of chair are hard plastic.

This chair is comfortable and I can sit in it for hours. Easy to put together and as long as the screws don’t strip I can foresee this lasting years. Definitely one of my better Amazon buys. We are doing an office remodel. We purchased 6 of these gray chairs to use on our new conference room. The chairs arrived and they are sturdy and comfortable. However, the chairs are not a TRUE GRAY color, they are like a green-gray sea green type of color. It's not a bad color, but it's definitely not truly gray like the images and wording suggests. We only opened one package and only assembled 1 chair. We realized they would not work as the surrounding color in the office is blue and true gray, so the chair really kind of clashed with the carpeting and wall color. I submitted for a return through Amazon, and it was automatically approved, but the labels require we pay for the return shipping. Had these chairs been as described, gray, they would have worked, but they are more green. So, we reached out to Amazon who got the seller involved to get a prepaid shipping label. They are refusing to provide a prepaid shipping label, requiring that we send additional photos and videos of the chairs, saying that it's the lighting in the office that is making it appear to be green. I've been trying for 2 weeks to express to them that this is the room we are going to use them in, so if they look green in this lighting, then that is all that matters. I've tried to explain that the chair is seemingly of good quality from what we can tell and we had planned on just ordering them in black. However, given how much difficulty this seller is giving us - I highly doubt we'll be reordering anything from them. They are not seeming to understand what I'm saying, they keep repeating themselves and putting me back at square one. I've never ever ever ever had a harder time with a return on Amazon before. I'm not saying the chair is bad, but I am saying the customer service is the worst I've experienced through Amazon. I've reported the seller to Amazon and would like to say- buyer beware.

This chair resolved my lower back pain issue with the back lumbar support. Rolling office chairs seemed to contribute to my lower back issues. The lumbar support can be raised or lowered. A good addition to the chair.
