I ordered 4 packets of these for a model layout, and I am very pleased that I did. Some of the negative reviews made me a bit apprehensive at first, but I figured the price was pretty reasonable. Plus, with 4 packs ordered, even if half of the trees were crappy, I'd still have enough to make a decent layout. I am happy to report that all the trees were in pretty much perfect condition when they arrived. They are not perfect replicas of real trees, but for the price, you get a very decent set of trees. I'd recommend these any day!

I got 29 trees, precisely as advertised. All of them are very colorful, some very bright pink. Not the highest quality but really nothing to complain about given the price. A few words on the color palette - very bright, as advertised. Scattered in a diorama or train layout with other more plausibly dressed “green” trees, or possibly lined up in an orchard or something similar they look really great. Otherwise, clump all of these things together and it looks implausible, sort of like a herd of unicorns ridden by faeries are about to troop through.

I searched for tree figures for cakes, and these came up. They look like what I had in mind so I purchased them. When I took them out of the package all the green flakes off making it unsuitable for cakes. I did not have time to find something else so I decided to wash them really well and place them on the outside of the cake where it wouldn’t really touch the cake itself. They looked great, but they are certainly meant for crafts. So just beware if you want them for a cake!
