We are very pleased with this bunk bed set. We looked at a lot of different beds but we just really liked how this one looked. The stairs with bookshelves is very nice. Overall quality is very good. Much better than other flat packed furniture I've assembled in the past. It's made from real wood and not particle board. The hardware included was also better quality than most. I was quite impressed. There was only one defect I found. A board wasn't fully drilled. I was able to drill it myself. So it wasn't a big problem. But that being said this has a lot of parts. It's a fairly intense assembly process. It comes in three large boxes. So be prepared for that. My experience was good overall. My family really likes the bed. The price was actually very reasonable in my opinion a very good value.

Came in 3 boxes with a steep shipping cost, but worth it overall. Somewhat sturdy if built right. Instructions lacked clarity—limited text and poor visuals. Took 4–5 hours solo; stacking needs two people. Some misaligned pieces. Ladder and rails are solid for small kids. Recommended.

Delivery was way faster than the expected time, which was nice. The beds are so pretty, it was not too hard to put together. It did come out to be longer than I expected, measurements on the diagram said around 91" , well its actually around 95" , I wanted it to fit in a specific spot, and because of this I decided not to build the stairs. My daughter can climb up easily with out it. I will be building the stairs later and then put it on side since it does have a shelf system they could use, I imagine it would still look cute against a wall or something. It's pretty sturdy overall. I would recommend adding a extra flat slate-board on the bottoms of ur mattress because the little sticks feel like it'll break very easily. The directions are easy to follow, only thing is paying attention to which sides of the boards are going with which. Because the holes are so specific to the next step.

Instructions are very bad and hard to interpret for assembly. Only the most experienced builder should attempt this product. I had to redo multiple subassemblies to get them correct. Also, some of the holes align poorly. The side staircase is structurally weak with embedded nuts pulling out of the wood. I had to add additional screws to make the staircase safe. It is easy to make mistakes when assembling. After the first attempt I tried to make sure I was doing each subassembly correctly, but I still did some incorrectly and I have built lots of furniture kits over the years. Also, there were a few missing bolts. The upper bunk is held in place by 4 wooden pins and gravity. The steps are the only place the upper bunk is attached to the lower bunk with screws. Safety is suspect. Some of the part quality was poor. They rate the product for 400lbs but I wouldn't trust more than 200lbs. I added 'L' brackets to better secure the upper and lower bunks together.

Not all the pieces were painted or even painted evenly. Some boards were split or delaminating. The pre-drilled holes didn't always line up. So much so that they had some filled with dowels n poorly repainted. There were atleast 2 pieces that had what I assume were staples sticking out. The instructions weren't all that clear n we would be scratching our head on which way some of the holes should be oriented. Not all the pieces were stamped or only half the stamp transfered. The hardware was identified with tiny papers in a lil bag that u would have to jiggle around to try & find. Oh & each step of instructions was really 2 steps. The kid is in love with it so I guess it stays... but definetly didn't feel worth the money spent.

Pensé que me iba a llegar un poco pequeña pero no, es enorme, super fácil de armar, dure 2 horas para armarla yo sola, instrucciones claras, solo tienes que tener paciencia al momento de armarla, el color es divino y es super grande, la barandilla no es tan alta, por lo que me dio un poco de miedo al principio de colocar a mi hijo(a) ahi, luego me di de cuenta que realmente estaba bien porque el colchón que se le compro era muy alto lol. Mi Unica recomendación es no atornillar tan fuerte, hasta no tengas todo montado; porque molestara que después tengas que aflojar un tornillo para que quepa otra parte y viceversa. Espero te haya ayudado.
