This is great size magnet kit, with lots of options. These blocks have good strength magnets that are simple to use and very intuitive. The best part of this kit is that the pieces are basic color patterns. This allows greater creativity and design.

My 4 year old grandson loves Minecraft. I had already ordered a set of a different brand of magnetic blocks that he loved. But it was a small set so I decided to order additional blocks. This set of magnetic blocks comes with a variety of greenery, wood, stone, brick, grass, water and windows. Plenty of blocks for him to build a house or his little men. The blocks are printed plastic blocks with what I’m assuming are magnetic beads inside. They sound like little rattles when you shake them. The magnets are strong enough where the pieces stick together, but they also come apart with ease. One thing that I didn’t pay attention to was that blocks come in different sizes. The blocks that we already have are 1 inch blocks. I was surprised how small these blocks were when compared to the others. I had to go back and read the description which states the blocks are .79 of an inch. I definitely do not recommend them for small children under three as I can see these being a choking hazard. Even though the blocks are different sizes, they still are able to stick to each other. I asked my grandson which size he likes better and he said that he likes both. So there you have it, these blocks still earn his approval.

The media could not be loaded. These Little magnetic blocks are great for any building or gaming fan. They are strong and durable. They connect easily. They have several styles of brick for a myriad of design possibilities. The set includes a little storage bag, although, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be talked into getting more. So the bag may become irrelevant, lol. They are even great for your kiddos with coordination issues, since unlike lego bricks, they don't have to line up or be squeezed together. Just great fun and my son is loving them!

The Civan Magnetic Building Cubes were a huge disappointment. You don’t realize how few 63 blocks really are until you open the box; the bottom layer wasn’t even fully filled, just covered to look complete. The cubes themselves are undersized at ¾" instead of 1", which makes them incompatible with similar sets. With so few pieces, it’s nearly impossible to build anything meaningful. To be fair, the magnet strength is good and it does come with a storage bag, but that’s about the only positives. At this rate, you’d need to spend a fortune to have enough cubes for real play.

Got this for daughter to supplement the other sets she has. Unlike traditional building blocks that require a few more years of dexterity, or legos that require some strength, these blocks simply snap together on their own and lets her make what she wants. Blocks come apart fairly easily as well and she has enough strength to pull them apart easily. They are a bit weaker magnetically than the other sets I have though, so they have a little bit more trouble staying together. A problem with a lot of construction toys though is they highly exaggerate what you can build with the included pieces. This set however doesn't exaggerate and shows only what you can build with just the included 63 pieces which I can really appreciate. These are also compatible with the other 3/4" magnetic block set my daughter has, so she can build many more different things now. They are NOT compatible with 1" block sets though.
