These weights have a nice idea behind them, but they didn’t work well for my needs. They are too long to fit comfortably around wrists or ankles, even when adjusted. When trying to connect them together to wear as a belt, they didn’t stay attached securely, which was disappointing. The material itself feels decent, but the fit and attachment issues limit their usefulness. Overall, they may work better for some body types or uses, but they didn’t function as intended for me. I have a lot of physical issues with pain and I cannot lift a lot of weight. This really impedes my ability to build muscle or even sustain what I have. I thought these relatively light weights might be a good option. They do add a bit of weight to make my muscles work harder and anything is better than nothing. The weights are comfortable and the magnets are strong. I have not had issues with them slipping or loosening too much as others have reported. However, I am not exercising vigorously in them due to my physical limitations. I wear them around my ankles while walking around my house or when I am outside in the yard. The doctor told me I have to start to do weight exercises but told me to start slowly. I ordered this so that I can use them while doing simple exercises. I was surprised at how nice they were. I remember the older type that I used in the past. They were bulky , canvas covered ones that were uncomfortable. These are the complete opposite. They are comfortable and very easy to wear with the magnetic closure. You can tell these are a quality product I don't mind doing the exercises with these at all. I hardly notice they are on. These are alright. They are just so big and bulky. They feel like shackles. I have wrist weights that are filled with sand, and they are smaller and less confining. These weights would probably work out better as ankle weights? I don’t know, there is just so much of the weight that you have to wrap around your limbs and they are very lightweight. They are heavy and good quality. The color is light lavender, very cute. Have magnets on both ends, so you can put them on your wrists or ankles. I like that it comes with a bag, so makes it easier to store them. I would recommend them.

I could not give this five stars, because I cannot get it to stay tightly on my wrists or ankles. It keeps coming loose and gets annoying to wear. I don’t know of anything that I could do differently to make it stop loosening.
