As advertised! Set up was pretty easy, but if you have a drill with hex nut bits, that would be a time-saver. Real easy instructions, and most of my time was spent taking off wrapping and padding. Once it was put together I took it out for a spin and was very pleased!

Bought this Cityone Step Thru for my wife. Was really impressed with the packaging and how easy it was to assemble. Put 15 miles on it today with just using Pedal Assist 1 for hills and it was still full after the ride. Really happy with the quality and the 750w motor is more than enough for my wife. An added handle bar bell was a nice extra that wasn't expect.

Easy to set up, but after only 1-2 months of use got a controller error. The process was slow but the manufacturer did respond to all of my emails. I was sent a new controller to install but it was the wrong one. It has been frustrating due to all the back and forth over email as my son hasn’t been able to use it for the last 3months of the 5 months we have owned it. Hoping to get replacement soon with no issues.

I’m extremely saddened. When I got this bike I felt on top of the world. Absolutely in love and had some wheels finally. Less than a month in and it doesn’t power on any more. Battery shows charged per the green light on charger. but no longer powering on. When I reached out to the company they sent me a long list of things they wanted me to do for example disassembling the display. I’m in no way capable of disassembling anything like this electric bike. The list of things asked of me to do seems like a professional e-bike builder would know how to do. Feels kind of like a set up to just not have to refund me or rectify the issue. Im really sad and frustrated. I hope someone sees this and reaches out. If the bike worked I’d be here giving it 5 stars and a glowing review. I’ve had it less than a month. Come on.

First Ebike I have owed it is fun. The only complaint it doesn't get as many miles as advertised. But I do live in an area with hills. It's a good quality build no rattles. Had to leave the front fender off (which is no big deal to me) I couldn't adjust it enough to prevent the tire from rubbing against it.

I mean...it's an incredible e-bike, solid and safe, for under $500 complete. So it could get Ten Stars. A HUNDRED STARS!! I love it. It rides smoothly (BUT do practice! The "pedal assist" feature takes a minute to get used to, it WILL "jolt" you forward right at first, important to know if you're not used to e-bikes) and the frame and construction are sturdy and well made. Seat is comfortable! Instruction guide gets a B+ and I'd recommend this bike to anyone! Here are my notes: - I bought the pink one. The color shown on Amazon is a dusty pink...but it is really more of a salmon-y pink. See the picture :) I rolled this baby right into my cluttered studio. Dig. - shipping, packaging, could have been handled better, some of the plastic protective pieces were cracked and broken, but the bike itself had only a few marks from what looked like a very bumpy delivery. This is more on the handlers and not on the manufacturer/seller, just a heads up. - if you order the optional fender and rack, it arrives separately and unmarked. You will need to understand how to assemble them (I haven't put mine on yet) outside of the provided instructions. - SAME for General Instructions, you will need to know how a bike goes together. The QR code provided in the booklet leads to a blank page; YouTube has helpful homemade videos that can clarify. Having another person available to help you during assembly is also recommended ;) - I needed my own Phillips head screwdriver and a different-sized Allen wrench than what came with the parts set, but assembly was mostly easy enough to figure out. I needed help tightening a few pieces. - not least: a key is shown in the pictures - this is not a keyed-ignition vehicle. It has a push-button start. The key goes to the battery, which is removable. You can charge the bike with the battery either on or off but the key is for that. - also not least!: you can just "scoot" on this bike, too, if you don't want to pedal ;) and note that switching from "pedal assist" speed-to-speed takes a little getting used to. Overall: You will love this bike!
