I ordered two of these by accident. One was green the other one white. I kept the white set and sent the green one back because I didn't need two but I want to tell you whether green or white this is the best cookware set I've ever had! (and I've had a lot) It's amazing! (And safe!) Nothing sticks! It cleans with just a sponge.( just follow the instructions letting the pan cool first then I put it in the sink put a little water and soap in it let it sit for a minute or two and then wipe it out with a sponge, no scouring) It's incredible! I cook all the time because of the strict diet that I'm on so I kind of have to but it gets old after a while but having this really nice cookware made it enjoyable again and so I look forward to making the next meal. I absolutely love it! I can't give it a high enough praise! I'm someone who cooks everyday. Thank you Circulon!! ... show more

I’ve been using the set for the past month. The non-stick isn’t working that well. After one use of the pan we have stains from that use that aren’t getting down. It cost a lot and I don’t think that there is value for money here.

Phenomenal Set - Great Quality and Variety

I can’t get over these pots and pans. First the variety within the set is fantastic - you’ve got a range of sizes and varieties that should accommodate nearly any need. The quality is outstanding and easily noticeable when you pick them up and get a good look at them. But the best part is the finish. NOTHING sticks. Not eggs, not cheese, not even potstickers. I don’t know what type of sorcery went into their coating, but I’m here for it. I’ve never had cookware with this light colored of cooking surfaces before, so I was a bit worried about staining. But even burnt on tomato sauce slides right off with some hot water leaving no trace. I cannot recommend this set enough! ... show more

If you are looking for a good high end set of pots and pans, you could do much worse than the Circulon Halo with LaserDefense. While there are many others out there that may look similar, the Circulon have several noticable features that add to the quality and make this set worth the price. First, if you are expecting a pan that you don't have to use oil on and nothing will ever stick, then you might be disappointed. These have a great not-stick surface that appears to be very durable (only time will tell), but you still will need a little bit of oil or butter in your cooking. Not nearly as much as a stainless steel surface, but you will want to use a little. As far as functionality, a few things impressed me. First, the pots and pans have a thick layer that extends past the bottoms and up the sides (even on the pots). Cheaper brands will not have this. Why is that important? Well, if you are cooking sauces you don't want the sides of your pots to get too warm and scold the sauce. I cooked a 3 hour tomato sauce in one of the pots and never had any scolding on the sides. Second, the pots and pans hold there look. Again time will tell, but I have used the saute pan 4 or 5 times, including a 10 minute sear over high heat and a 3 hour simmer and as you can see from the pictures of the bottom of the pan, you can't tell that it has been cooked with. Additionally, these pots clean up very easy. This is nice because it allows you to put in the dishwasher and even dried up food came off in one cycle. If you prefer to handwash, any cooked on food will come right off. Time will tell as far as how they hold the color, but for now the sage is a very distinct and impressive shade for cookware.
