I've had my Circuiter Raptor Pro for about a month and a half, and I've put about 100 miles on it in that time. I'm on the higher end of the weight limit, but the scooter still has great acceleration even on hills. The "boost" mode tops out around "24mph" according to the slightly miscalibrated speedometer. I think in reality top speed is right around 25mph. I get right around 18 miles out of a full charge, maybe 20 if I'm feeling a lil risky (though it does start to slow down for the last ~3 miles on the battery.) The scooter feels super solid on the road. The drivetrain components are nice and big and all feel very solid. After a hundred miles, it's clear to me that, like any vehicle, this one will require some routine maintenance. I will say, you may want to reapply your own loctite on some of the bolts, which after about 20 miles it should be audibly clear which ones. But that's really a small price to pay for what is really a pretty sweet machine. ... show more

    • Buyer beware
I ordered this scooter, and it came quickly (2 days) as advertised. Looked good, packaged well. I charged the battery as the instructions say, and when I plugged it onto the scooter it never worked. The company is in china, so you never get to speak to anyone from tech support. The operator that works during the day (our time) speaks English, but offers no tech support. All responses are email in the middle of the night. They wanted a bunch of videos of the scooter not working? I had 2 hunting trips planned, and I was going to use the scooter for transportation on both trips. They dragged their feet with support. When they did give me what they called support, it was links to checking voltages on battery from a different scooter. It was weeks before I finally received instructions how to access the battery and check it. As soon as I opened it I saw the online fuse holder was melted. They replied “the battery was bad and they would send a new one”. Well a couple days later they replied that the batteries weren’t available at this time. At this time I had canceled my first trip, but told them if they sent a new scooter, I could still make my second trip, and I would send the other one back. They refused to send me a new one until they received the old one. I did finally get my refund. ... show more

I’m 200lbs and wanted something fun that would move me around. 500w wouldn’t get it but this does with no problem. I put small handlebars on for my 7 year old to ride with me. It moves us, 250lbs without a hitch. Then being silly, I had my 100lb wife get on also. We weren’t moving fast of course, but we went up hills with no issues. I had an issue with the horn, as well as a throttle that wouldn’t spring back properly. Support was perfect and had new parts shipped out right away. I def recommend this scooter. I also forgot to mention that my daughter and I cruised on a bike path for 24 miles. I think the battery was around 40-50%, but we were only averaging 10-12mph. Still great range. For those wondering, my top speed is 27mph down hill and I believe 24 on flat ground. ... show more

    • Flimsy parts, refusal of company to provide replacements, dangerous to use, but great on hills
I gave notice of missing part right away, necessary to use it. The company told me to fix it muself, then I had to get a witness statement for use in court to get the part. They sent it finally 3 months late to punish me for complaining. Still does not work. The headlight base broke quickly because it is cheap tin and cannot take the knocks of riding. So it is useless at night. The screw that keeps the handlebars up came lose and does not tighten so again so it is dangerous at day. I asked for replacment tire and battery and they refused to answer for 6 months, to punish me. But it is the best in the world on hills, and on reliability of tires because the tires are solid so no holes, and it takes the 35 degree hills fast, and it is light enough to lift into the car. Pneumatic tires are useless because Chinese rubber leaks air without a puncture. Too bad the managemrent are cheapskates and cut corners by using tin rather than solid metal and refuse to replace bad parts. If they fire their manager and improve the bad parts, it will be the best urban scooter in the world ... show more

I contacted customer service. No response.. As far as the scooter goes, I’m happy with everything else… It accelerates quickly and is fun to ride. Cruise control is a really nice feature, I did not expect to appreciate it as much as I do. The brakes do grab kind of abruptly, so riding it requires your full attention… ... show more

    • Front shock absorber broke - caused a serious crash
After 6 months of use, the front shock absorber broke causing the scooter to fall apart and crash. My grandson was riding to a college class. He sustained injuries to his knees, elbows, hands, and chest. The IPAD in his bookbag was crushed and is useless. After requesting a refund for the scooter and iPad, I was informed they would only replace the Front Shock Absorber. However, it is not in stock. I am very dissatisfied with the stability of this scooter and the customer service from Circooter. Since the crash occurred in the middle of the roadway, I am thankful that his injuries were no worse. I would not recommend the purchase of this scooter. ... show more

I have been using this electric scooter for a while now, but I fell twice because I was driving too fast. I broke the shock absorber in front of the electric scooter. So I sent an email to contact customer service, and they quickly replied to me, saying that they would send me a brand new shock absorber for free and look forward to its arrival. At the same time, I enjoy customer service 👍， Because their service attitude was very good, they quickly solved my problem.
