Fantastic unit. Reduced our Gas bill down from $80 per month to $20 based on our old tank unit. Very straightforward to install with or without the crossover valve. I have not added the wireless unit yet, but I will in the near future. We also save water too as we don't need to run the cold water to get hot water to the distant shower as the unit has the recirculating pump. Not sure how much water we have saved as that is a little harder to calculate for sure due to other usage etc. Capacity is more than enough for our large house and have never encountered supply or pressure issues with multiple bathrooms in use. Easy DYI install (if you have any building sense). The unit has saved us money on LP and constant got water is nice. Cold water sandwich can be avoided by installing a pump through a dedicated line (not easy or DYI)

Unit begins have problem after 1 month . The unit would not provide continuous hot water and it often shows error code. Reached out to Rinnai customer service and not helpful at all

I purchased a Walk-In Tub. Using it, I'd run out of hot water. With this product, problem solved. My water/gas bill is about the same as before purchasing. Research installation cost before you make the purchase. In my opinion the installation cost should never be more than the product. It was in my situation. ... show more

The water heater is very heavy, UPS shipping without additional box is kind of risk. The unit arrived with many dents but luckily still working.
