This body pad is great for laying on the couch or your bed or even a recliner. Its foldable so it fits the shape of what you are putting it on and its long enough to fit most bodies. I'm 6'2 and this fit great. First off you have a lot of good settings for the vibration. You can turn each section on and off manually or you can cycle through any one one of the programmed settings. Each one felt great and it was a nice relaxing feeling. You can feel the heat once it's on and that just adds to the soothing feeling this pad gives. It's nice that you can toss this on pretty much anything and it feels good. The materials look very well made and seem like it wont wear out anytime soon. If you have body pain it's a good chance the vibration and heat will help relieve that. If anything it's very relaxing.

The product was nicely made and it serves its design purpose. However, I am 5 feet 6 inches tall, and the mat feels short for me, so the massages were not hitting the right spots for my needs unless I shift up or down, but I have to loose massage focus on one or the other area of my body. I like the different massage options. The default was fun because it felt like a techno club rhythm. The heating option worked fine. It warmed up nicely and it helped with my body soreness. The massage sessions are on a default timer, so it automatically shuts off. I like that. Despite all of its pluses, I returned it because it felt a bit short for my built. Nevertheless, I still would recommend to give a try because not everyone's body is the same. Maybe it could be a perfect fit for your built.

I will say based on the price it was a decent purchase. It doesn't deep massage but it gives a good relaxation vibration. It does heat well. But the leg and butt area you can't really feel. I like that it has different levels of intensity but I will say I wish it had just one higher intensity level. Overall is ok but I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a deep massage in pain areas like neck and lower back. Another positive is it has a very comfortable material against the body.

Other reviewers say the pulsations are not strong enough---this pad features vibrations, not shiatsu rollers---and the vibrations are plenty strong! One reviewer said the pad was uncomfortable; I think she needed to flip it over---there is a big difference in feel but not in visual. I really need the remote/plug on the left side, but it is on the right. I turned the whole pad upside down, so the feet pulsations are at the shoulders, and it was just fine. Still good pulsations everywhere. The heat is as much as I would ever need; I guess that is subjective. It does take a few minutes to heat up. Since I am mobility challenged, I need the vibrations to move lymph and blood thru their respective channels--moved the pad down on my recliner when I want to work my calves. I think it works well; it feels great. Quality is better than I expected; I don't know it the wiring will hold up--that is the Achilles Heel with this type of small appliance. This would make a fine gift and it looks expensive, like it was bought at the Sharper Image. It should wipe clean as long as I don't soak it with a soda pop...
