I bought this for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited JL, and I couldn't be happier with it! I spent weeks looking at all of the options, but the look of this, plus the very detailed installation video, sold me on it. The original radio was an old OEM radio, so going from that to this was a huge upgrade (see the pictures). The screen is very responsive, and there are many settings you can play around with. I was worried we'd need to upgrade the OEM backup camera because the old radio made the picture hard to see, but lo and behold, the camera looks great now! I was skeptical about the available text support, but lo and behold, Victor was quick to respond to any question I had, which is extremely rare when buying on Amazon. My only recommendation when installing this radio is to have some zip ties on hand. There are a TON of cables with this unit and not a lot of space. Using zip ties to get those under control before you place the radio in the dash will make this a lot easier. Highly recommend this for your Jeep! ... show more

I purchased this headunit after watching the full YouTube video. I couldn't be happier with it. The video walked me right through the install perfectly. I did have a few questions about certain settings so I utilized the text support feature. I spoke and texted with Victor and he went above and beyond to assist me with some settings, as well as shipping me a couple screws I lost in the defroster 🫤. Wow, this was my best decision for my Jeep Wrangler Sahara. The first step, watching the Video on YouTube, a detailed overview of how to install, very well done. Then the purchase which I received very quickly. I love this radio, and the the customer support I received, was a breath of fresh air. Although the install went great, I had a few questions just to make sure I was doing things correctly. Victor was there. After the sale, Victor walked me through a few things, not to mention he was their each and every time providing great support and customer service. Where do you see that in today's world... The radio was easy to install, everything needed for the installation was included in the kit. The climate controls do not work until you go into the system settings and program your vehicle.

    • Can’t Really Recommend
The screen looks great installed. It works pretty good after you get it set up; set up can be a little tricky. Apple car play works wirelessly. The ability to disable the auto stop/start feature is an added bonus. The price seems reasonable compared to other systems. The challenge involves installation. The wiring harness includes a ton of wires and connectors that were not needed for my installation, and I suspect would not be needed for the vast majority of installations. However, you need to get that entire harness in the space behind where the radio mounts. I ended up having to install the unit twice (had to remove and reinstall), and getting the wires tucked into that area took about an hour each time. And that was with someone helping me hold the unit and tucking wires. Very frustrating. That is probably the reason you do not see that step in the installation videos. I suppose if someone really wanted to commit to the unit, one could modify the wiring harness and eliminate the unnecessary wires and connectors. Which may make installation easier. But I was unwilling to do that. ... show more

So far so good. But basically a tablet for a radio. No security passcode. Someone steals it they’ll have your email , apps, whatever, all open. Only thing I don’t like about it.
