I’m very happy with this fire table. The packaging was excellent and all large panel pieces were well protected. I did have an issue with the gas control knob being damaged in shipping, but the vendor has promised to ship me a new replacement. Assembly was a piece of cake; it only took me about 20 min doing it by myself. Please note, there is limited clearance inside for a propane tank. A 20lb tank will fit, but no larger. I actually have a 15lb tank exchange tank in there and it was still a little cramped. It was quite windy the warm day that I assembled this unit, but it still was able to easily light and stay lit. The wind did blow the flames around quite a bit though. It might be better to have a glass wind shield with this unit as well, but it works as-is. I appreciate the automatic ignition feature; it kicks on as soon as you turn the gas valve from the off position and quickly lights the burner. ... show more

I can't believe the 6 pieces of stamped sheet metal can turn into something as beautiful, strong, and functional as this fire pit. Assembly was quick and easy, the flame gets quite large, my only complaint is that sound of the gas gets a bit too loud at the highest settings (nothing a blue tooth speaker can't drown out). 10/10, would bang again. ... show more

I love this fireplace! It arrived on time, in new perfect condition & packaged well. Was easy to assemble & looks great. Doesn't scratch easily. It fits on my 10x12ft deck with plenty of space for chairs. Does not come with propane tank so plan on buying one & it does use quite a bit of propane. I keep flame fairly low so it doesn't empty the tank in 1 use. I woukd buy from seller again. ... show more

Was looking to replace my old firepit that just stopped working and came across this one. I didn’t want to spend a lot so I was at first attracted to the price. The size was perfect and exactly what I needed for my outdoor space. It’s got a great heat output and the style compliments my patio furniture nicely. This comes shipped in a box and requires assembly but it’s so easy to put together. Instructions are clearly written and easy to read. I put it together by myself, closely following the directions and it took about 45 minutes. Once built, it’s a pretty solid piece, does not look or feel cheap. I wanted to give 5 stars but I’m giving 4 because it was so difficult to light. I read the users manual and it was not helpful. It mentioned something about removing and then putting back the battery on the igniter. I was so confused because the manual that came in the box with the pit made absolutely no mention of a battery. I also read the Amazon reviews, searching for any helpful tips but was still not able to resolve my issue. It was frustrating and I was so worried I’d have to take it apart and send back for a replacement. I ended up calling Amazon service and was connected to the manufacturer. Luckily they were able to help me. Turns out the igniter on this pit is a little weird and it’s made like that purposely , kind of like a safety feature/child proof. When lighting, turn it halfway to the left (counter clockwise) until you hear the click, and then you push the knob in and and hold it down for a few seconds and sure enough, it ignites!!! I feel like this info should be included in the product description and also in the users manual. ... show more

It was easy to put together for someone like myself. I struggle putting things together. I got the blue glass separately because I prefer over lava rocks. Definitely great price for what I purchased.

The fire pit was delivered much quicker than expected. It was packed very nicely, assembled easily with easy to follow Directions. It is well made and gives off way more heat than I expected. It, however , had a dent in the top. I emailed the Company with a photo of the dent. Less than a week later I had a new top to replace the defective one. This fireplace has excellent reviews and it lived up to all of them and more. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Looks good. Lots of heat. Only suggestion is buy some glass rocks. Much better than what comes with it.
