Initially rated one star because it fell apart. The tail does not reattach no matter what and I cannot give this as a gift now. There is no spring to the button that allows you to attach and detach the tail. Will be requesting replacement toy and will evaluate again then. A good time when it worked - The odd thing is that I bought two dinosaurs, one gray and one white. The gray one, that looks like Blue from Jurassic Park, has a different name brand, not CUKO. That one did not fall apart. Both of them were really fun and easy to maneuver, they feel sturdy when you hold them. We only ran them a lap or two around the kitchen to be sure they were charged up and ready to go on the birthday coming up. I lifted the white one up to set them in the gift box we were using and the tail fell off. I now see several comments about the tail being a problem and this is disappointing. I'm afraid it's going to happen when I replace the dinosaur, but I really like the idea of these toys, they're so great for a dinosaur enthusiast. Updated review. We received the new dinosaur and this one has held up to our 4-year-old nephew running it around the house, chasing after the dog. The tail did come off when the dinosaur flipped, but this time it reattached and stayed on. Fingers crossed this one will stay together. Bought it for my nephew for his 5th birthday. He loves it. The remote takes batteries but the dinosaur is rechargeable. So far his favorite present. He uses it to chase his 3yr old sister. It is a great toy. I enjoyed playing with it when I set it up to make sure it worked.

I got this because I loved Blue in Jurassic World. The one I chose looks like her. Putting it together should have been easy but the plastic hole for the screw arrived either stripped or not well formed and 1 of the legs doesn't want to stay on. I am looking for a solution other than returning it because I don't want to risk getting the wrong one. I gave it 4 starts because 1 small defect should not ruin the entire thing. ... show more
