Got this promotional deal, I have been enjoying it. With a lot of K-cups leftovers, I had needed a good replacement maker. This machine does a good job while not expensive. It brews well fitting all our different K cups nicely. The top big punch hole is at the top center while the bottom at the close to the edge. I had worried initially with our reusable stainless steel K cups. It turned out the reusable stainless steel K cups are also well designed clearing the top and bottom punch pins well. I had worried they wouldn't work with potential pin clearance problems. The coffee is brewed nicely and warm enough for us. I need to to hit the front button again to stop it for small cups. Another way to get around it is to make sure I don't put too much water in the tank to limit amount of water. I wish I could have capabilities to set cup the cup size size to brew instead of limiting the amount of water. It would have been nicer if there were LCD display to show the filled water level instead of measuring in advance with cup measures. ... show more

Love this coffee maker!! Takes up minimal counter space and great to travel with plus you do not have to wait for room service to deliver your coffee . I love mine and have been using it for years. Plus you can change coffee flavors by the cup.

Disappointed the unit was broken. The lid would not latch down. The unit would run if the lid were held down with pressure but the “coffee” looked more like discolored water. It has been returned for refund.

I've only had the coffee maker a few weeks. Already it is not dispersing all the water. At times, makes 1/2 a cup. It is a super noisy machine. The water gets super hot which is great, but seems plugged up already and having issues. Sad as just got the machine. Trying to clean and trouble shoot, but definitely has issues.
