The hood buttons come undone often, but is a great depth for rain and wind. Great magenta color more than red. A good length for covering dresses or skirts. The sizing chart is misleading. I ordered this very nice coat according to the measurement chart provided. It was much too small and is being returned. I’m requesting a replacement in the next size larger.

Follow the size chart, I was at the upper end of the size range for XL, it fit fine but wasn't as functional, tight in the arms like if I were to raise them enough to drive. Sized up to XXL and although it's less tailored or flattering in the midsection and hips, it's more comfortable in the arms and shoulders, plus a trench coat is traditionally more oversized anyway.

I did a lot of online research before buying this trench coat. I chose this one because of its classic design and affordability. It is made of nylon and the packaging wrinkles disappeared after I put the coat in my dryer on high for 15 minutes. The coat came out of the dryer looking just like the online photos. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to other people. I am 5’7” tall and weigh 150 pounds. Since there is no back bodice pleat, I purchased the extra large so thatI would have plenty of shoulder room when driving. The kick-pleat on the back of the skirt is lovely. I look forward to wearing this trench coat!
