The chairs literally arrived scratched up and one with a hole. I tried to setup the first chair initially and I noticed all the damage, so I got discouraged. Tonight, I finally finished setting it up and moved onto the second chair. I could not get it to fit the way it’s supposed to, but it is semi functional so it will have to do now. Just like when I initially set up the first chair, this one was damaged, but even worst. I genuinely don’t understand how an unused chair arrives, scratched up and with a literal hole in it. I’m so frustrated because I was super excited about these chairs. Also, the barstools are very hard to put together and unstable. I thought the previous review just may have been a one off, but I do a lot of DIY and these instructions were backwards. Should you feel risk, or even desperate and want to purchase these, I highly recommend setting up the base by attaching the two thicker bars, first before assembling the rest of the chair I figured that out a little too late. I was so excited for these chairs, so it’s kind of a bummer. ... show more

These chairs look nice overall, but they were a bit harder to put together than expected. A few of the legs came with scratches, and the stitching on the seats could’ve been a lot neater. The sewing looks sloppy in person compared to how clean it looked in the photos. Wish it could’ve been better for the price. ... show more

I would not recommend them. While the stools are great, I'm missing several parts and cannot complete the build. The manufacturer's website is also worthless. Now I have stools in a box that are unusable.... Please let me know if anyone knows where I can get parts E, F, G, and H.
